Beautifully renovated apartment. I didn’t realize it was a basement when I booked, but it didn’t feel at all like a basement. Brightly lit, very clean and well stocked. And the location is fantastic. Will definitely be back!

only 13 minute drive to the hanging lake trail which is a must! Iron mountain springs premier is also super nice to go to. The apartment itself was very impressing on the thought and quality put into creating a comfortable place to stay. Super clean and supplied. Great kitchen too! Highly recommend staying. Great Location and Accomodations

Communication, directions, and check in and out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The stay came with a parking spot and the location was easy to walk to town from. Close to restaurants, shops, and the hot springs. The accomodations were clean and modern. The kitchen has everything we needed. The host, Bruce, lives upstairs. He was friendly and conversant without being intrusive. Overall we had a great time in Glenwood Springs and would stay here again.

Great place and great host!

We really enjoyed our time here! It's a great location, easy to walk to many great restaurants and shops, and a quick drive over to hanging lake (if you have permits to hike it). Our toddler enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs outside and checking out the garden and plants. We had a small problem when we first arrived and Bruce was very quick to respond and it was dealt with quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything you need close to downtown

Great little place conveniently located walking distance from most of the Glenwood attractions. Space was clean, well kept and updated. Great getaway spot for couples. We would stay again.

Really great location. We walked to everything including hot springs, vapor caves, coffee, etc. Hose was clean and homey. Nice kitchen. It is in a basement so not much sunlight but we were gone all day anyway. Only had one spare roll of TP was my only complaint. But great spot. Would go back 👍

Property was in prime location. Easy walk to downtown and Doc Holiday trailhead. Central location to many activities. We were able to visit Iron Mountain Hot springs and Grizzly Creek trail. I would highly recommend. Great kitchen!!

Mountain Get Away

This is our second time staying at this cute little house. The host is very kind and accommodating, his neighbors are the sweetest people too. I woke up every morning and had coffee on the porch over looking his beautiful garden and the iron mountains. We are already planning our trip for next year!

Nice apartment

Great location to down town, clean, quite and good layout. It is under the house but like mid height to the ground. So it doesn't feel like you are in a basement to much. Very easy to check in and out.
