Great location

Traveled from Australia & we were absolutely surprised with the 2 bedroom apartment & also the great view & location. Within walking distance to the strip. Was a great way to start our months trip.

Great spot and nice property

Spent 4 nights here (Wed-Sun) with another couple and thoroughly enjoyed it. We didn't utilize any of the on property perks since we were in town to take advantage of everything Vegas has to offer but they looked inviting. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. We cooked breakfast every morning and had everything we needed. Had a great stay and hope to come back.

Great property with phenomenal service

John was very responsive to my questions concerning the booking and would highly recommend renting from him. The Marriott Grand Chateau is a 1st class property. Basically on the strip, so you can enjoy what the strip has to offer and then head back to a non casino property with great fitness facility, 2 pools, and FREE valet parking, all additional charges at major casinos on the strip.

Best decision we made!

The property is basically right in the heart of the strip, one block off but completely walkable. We had an amazing two bedroom villa which had two queen beds in one bedroom and a king in the master. Slept 6 of us as if we were home. I think this was really a luck of the draw scenario bc it is a time share. Also we checked in Thursday which probably beat the weekend crowd in. In either case, the property and staff were amazing. Honestly couldn't of asked for anything more for the price. You can easily walk to Planet Hollywood right across the street. If you walk a little more you can easily get to Paris, Bally's, Ceasars Palace, Bellagio (Fountain show)or going the other direction New York & MGM. You really can't beat it if you have your walking shoes on. It also keeps it cheap for Uber rides, even the monorail is within walking distance (7 minutes). So if you looking to skip out on the rental car, we did fine without one.
