My family and I enjoyed the house despite the minor fixing it needed. Even the neighborhood was better than we expected and every eatery, stores, etc was in reached. Also, we enjoyed feeding the geese. The best part was when we requested fixing, they immediately came and fixed everything. The only thing I suggest would be to have more towels, tissue and paper towels paper plates and plastic utensils on hand. Overall, I wished we could have stayed another week. Which is what we thought the owners would've offered in exchange for fixing up the place.

Beautiful home, comfortable stay

If we could give 10 stars, we would. Very clean, very safe neighborhood and very nice. The bonus, the mattress. Slept like a baby and woke up with no back pain. A definite must stay if you're visiting this area!

Excellent Stay

The house is cozy, clean and located in nice area. Close to all attractions and downtown. My kids are super happy staying in this house. We had wonderful spring break in Georgia.

Morrow's best kept secret!

I have nothing but positive words regarding my experience at this location. It suited my needs and exceeded my expectations. Lighting in the rear patio area should be added for evening entertainment.

Cute Town home in Georgia

Very cute home, decorated cute. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfy. The place just needs an updated coat of paint and the rug of the stairs needs to be updated But we would stay there again!!!

Beautiful clean house, surrounded by tall green trees and water.

Great communication with host. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The best sleep ever ( memoryform mattress) The only things i personally wasn't crazy about was the neighborhood. Big plus its was 15 minutes from airport

Left properly early

We left the house early. I am a little disappointed that we paid for the extra day even.The house needed to be cleaned. We found Palmetto bugs in the shower 2 days in a row. The cleaners did not clean properly, and the house is in need of a good, deep clean. The neighborhood is horrible. The grass is so high and not kept up with at all. We had cars parked in front of the house the entire stay to where it was hard for us to get our car in and out. There was no toilet paper but small pieces of a roll in the bathrooms. The garbage was left and not put out. As we arrived late on Tuesday It would not be our place to put out your last tenants trash. The trash outside smelled so bad as if it was thrown up in. We were not able to put out our trash for the fact that the can was full of flies and bugs and smelled so bad we were gagging. If we did not have to be there for a show, we would have left the 1st night. The couch was so bad that you can't sit on it comfortably. It needs to be replaced for the money you charge. The bed in the master had sand in the sheets when we went to sleep. The fridge was nasty. We were so uncomfortable in the house when my husband got there he didn't want us going in and out without him being as how there are homeless people that stay all night in the hut by the lake. That isn't something you can control, but offering that house as an "vrbo" is awful. At least list that the neighborhood is a residential neighborhood with broken down cars and people walking

Wonderful

This property met and exceeded our expectations. Clean and comfortable it was exactly what we needed for our group of four. The property is very spacious and could easily accommodate several additional guests. The beds were like clouds. The kitchen had everything we would need including extras (like a crock pot). There were stores and restaurants just a short drive away. We have already talked about staying here again next year. Thanks for making our trip very enjoyable.

Family Graduation Trip

Please Please Please give this location/home a look!!! Down in GA for an graduation was a relief to find a great home just has advertised and was very easy to manage. host was great with assistance and besides the need for a newer couch with better comfort and an few other small minor updates the property was a pleasant successful surprise!! Great Property for our Family

Excellent experience for our family. We took advantage of the oven to bake a dessert for a family gathering and all appliances and cooking utensils were available. We lamented the rainy weather - it would have been delightful to sit on the pretty deck, but the dining area was cozy and spacious. Internet was high capacity and easily accessed. The location was convenient to the many activities we attended in Downtown Atlanta and Henry County. We would rent this property again.

Very nice we enjoyed the stay i little suggestion they need to upgrade the furniture it was not good

Furniture was not comfortable but everything else was fine and the heat from the oven was hot on the nobles on the stove. We heard rats in the laundry room Thursday morning. But overall it was good. We want come back but it was good for what we needed.

Minimal utensils and supplies

Pros: convenient via Lyft to downtown Atlanta & airport, residential neighborhood, open floorplan, back deck with nature view, comfortable beds, lovely large master suite. Cons: minimal utensils & supplies (only 4 mismatched forks, no corkscrew, no cookie sheet, missing stove knob, no laundry soap, one hairdryer, very thin dishtowels. Lakeview only from 2nd floor, firepit only at neighbors, great room smaller than pictures show. Frequent noise of jets flying overhead, many marks on walls and some damaged trim. Street light shines through blinds. Suggestions: add full set of better quality silverware and dishtowels, some plastic glasses, cookie sheet, corkscrew, laundry soap, hairdryer, more towels, earplugs or sound machines, blackout curtains in bedrooms. Replace stove knob, repair damaged trim, touch-up or repaint. Other than the cons listed, it worked well for a 2 night girlfriends getaway.

Cozy and Delightful

My spouse and our three children stayed here for a couple days. It was a great place to come “home” to after busy days of visiting family and sight-seeing. I love the open floor plan of the kitchen/living room. I really appreciate them having smart TVs so we could easily stream from our accounts. The neighborhood felt nice, safe and peaceful. The nights were very quiet. We never heard airplane noise. Previous reviews stated that the beds were super comfy, and I felt the same. I slept amazing here. I would happily stay here. All the rules and expectations were clearly posted. We never had a single issue so we didn’t have to reach out to the owners. Thanks for the great stay!

Great 3 bedroom with access to ATL

A couple friends and I stayed here to watch the Falcons play. It was a very seamless process from beginning to end. Nice location, seems like mostly families around this location. Very easy to navigate down town from here for any activities. 20 min ride to the stadium. We would stay here again for sure!
