Location, location, location! 10 minutes away from Mercedes Benz Stadium! Inside the perimeter! Beautiful craftsman cottage home with bamboo flooring. Wonderful backyard view of the serene setting of the woods. Country in the city! Two separate decks for lounging at the rear of the home. Ample driveway and on-street parking. No one else lives on premises or nearby.

Bamboo flooring in the home! Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with full en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 is above garage and has 2 full size beds with heated flooring.

Living room has gas fireplace and 55" tv. Beautiful picture window showcasing the beautiful view of the backyard forest.

Great for relaxation and staying on work assignments.

The whole house except garage, which is used for owner storage. Will send 4 digit code for entry upon confirmation of booking.
We live in a QUIET neighborhood so no loud music or loitering.
Park your car respectfully and do not trespass into other people’s yard/property. Show respect.

There is a table with 4 chairs that you may use on the back deck. The grill is also available for use.

NO SMOKING INSIDE OF HOME. PERIOD. You may smoke on the back decks or front porch. Be sure to dispose of the waste properly and not leave cigarette butts visible. If you are careless with your disposal & becomes excessive then we RESERVE the right to charge a $250 fee and may request you leave the premises.

DOORBELL
The doorbell is a camera, The Ring. Should this be tampered with in any way all guests will be required to leave & any monies will be forfeited.

Overall very nice stay. Lots of room in this house, be aware all bedrooms and the two full bathrooms are located upstairs, which is not a problem if your younger or not handicapped. Central to everything you would want to see and do in Atlanta.

This house was absolutely amazing!! The rooms and bedrooms were very clean. My mom and dad had the master suite and they absolutely loved it. We were looking for a quiet safe neighborhood with enough parking for at least 3 vehicles and this worked out perfectly. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed. The host was very hospitable and polite! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

We had a great time at this property with our family. Plenty of room for our large family. The check in was smooth and communication with the host was great! The house looked just like the pictures and was very neat and clean.The kitchen accommodated all our needs. The location was great to get to the attractions throughout Atlanta.Definitely would stay here again!

If you want a short 15 min drive to Down town in a beautiful comfortable house this is your house. Came to town for a convention me and my friends. Plenty of room for everyone. The neighborhood is safe and has security that patrols the area. Bradley even brought our food I. That was ordered a day early. His attention to us was top notch .

Easily Met Our Expectations

Great house!

Plenty of room for all of us! Nearby grocery store Wayfair. Great area for walking in the mornings. Would recommend not having glass coffee tables for house rental and maybe place swifer or mop for cleaning up if needed.

Great for family

We stayed at a house in Atlanta, Georgia, and had a great experience. The host communicated well throughout our stay and was very accommodating. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and we never felt rushed. The house met our expectations, and we had no issues during our stay. Aquarium visit

We stayed here with 4 kids and 6 adults (3 couples) and it was perfect!!! We came to see the aquarium and it was the perfect distance to the city. Coming into the neighborhood we were skeptical but once you got off the main road you felt 100% safe and the neighborhood was really nice

Yearly Family Vacation

Every year we choose a place to stay and Atlanta was the choice. We had a great time. The house was perfect and roomy enough for the 12 of us. Close enough to everything we went to visit. Communication with the host was excellent especially with the early check in. If we're ever in Atlanta again we will look for this property. Highly recommend.

Traveled to ATL for a concert. Property was in a great secure location. Plenty of space for all of us. Clean and adequate. Managers were great. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again out next visit to Atlanta.

Perfect Game 12u World Series

Came to visit due to kids playing baseball, the property was clean, and the owner was simple To communicate with. We even had to stay an extra day which was accommodated. 4 spacious rooms where we all Slept comfortably. Nice neighborhood! If your in the area and need a place to stay they have my recommendation and when we come back will be looking them up again.

Natty long weekend

First and foremost I will say the communication with Bradley was top notch. Probably the best host we’ve ever encountered! There were 8 of us that stayed in this house for a long weekend trip for the College Football National Championship game. (Go Buckeyes!) Plenty of room for all of us. Conveniently located and extremely safe neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable. Master bathroom was gorgeous. Heated floors in the bonus room was a plus as the weather was quite cold. Atlanta was very welcoming and we can’t wait to visit again. Would love to stay in this house next time!

Beautiful

It was wonderful experience. Bradley was extremely responsive and attentive and even anticipated our needs. The house was set with many lovely personal touches that made it feel less like a vacation rental and more like a home. Our party consisted of 8 and there was more than enough space for everyone! The grill and the linens were very nice touches and the house very clean, modern and updated. Definitely would stay again if we come back to the ATL area.

Family Stay

The property was nice. There were some things that could use some touch ups though (full bathroom door doesn't lock, one room had no closet doors, wifi was spotty throughout the house, no pots or pans, so we had to buy some, detergent drawer on washer was broken - thankfully we brought pods). Bradley was very kind. He checked in on us via message upon check-in, check-out, and at various points during our trip. The house wasn't located too far from anything we wanted to do, so that was nice as well. Overall, it was a good experience.

Thanksgiving family get away

This place was simply awesome. Location is centered around everything ,minutes away from downtown .My family was so relaxed. The house is exactly the way it is listed. KUDOS TO THE HOST!!. He communicated with me, before, during and after my trip, always sending an email to ensure that we were ok and that we had everything we needed, including specifically requested item. At 1:47 A.M., the host emailed me ,stating , " Theres no rush to check out ". Extended check was available until 2:00 P.M. Very clean and safe neighborhood with 24/7 Police details . I really felt at home when I saw that every bed ,in every bedroom had all white linen , including the towels. Simply a BEAUTIFUL PLACE. LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT STAY
