Dear Alan, Thank you very much for your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the accommodation and that the pool was a welcome addition during the hot weather. We also appreciate your comments regarding the bedding. Pillow comfort is naturally very subjective, as each guest has different personal preferences, but we will certainly share your feedback with the property owner for consideration. Regarding the bedding, during the summer months the beds are prepared with a light sheet only, as this is generally the most comfortable option given the high temperatures in the Algarve. For this reason, the duvets are stored away by our housekeeping team to keep them in the best possible condition. We understand that, because you chose to sleep with the air conditioning set to a very cool temperature, you would have preferred additional bedding. Had you let us know during your stay, we would have been the opportunity to provide extra blanketsduvets straight away to ensure you were completely comfortable. Thank you once again for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate it and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Kind regards My Portugal Experience by Ocvillas
