Please allow us to clarify that the issue with the pool heating was unexpected, and our team did everything possible to get it working again as quickly as possible, allowing you to enjoy the pool heating for the remainder of your stay. We do, however, regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Regarding household supplies, as indicated in the listing, the property is self-catering, so guests are expected to purchase any additional consumables they may need during their stay. We provide an initial supply of essentials, including toilet paper and bin bags, to help guests settle in comfortably. Thank you for your recommendation.
