Belles collines vallonnées dans un endroit sûr et l'un des plus recherchés de l'ouest de la Caroline du Nord. Près de tout, de Weaverville, Woodfin, Alexander, Leicester et Asheville. Notre maison est neuve en septembre 2019. Nous avons économisé pendant des années pour faire de notre rêve une réalité. Nous traitons nos clients comme de la famille. Savannah, en Géorgie, est l'endroit où je suis né et j'ai grandi, où l'hospitalité gracieuse est importante dans la vie quotidienne. Pour moi, c'est tout. Vous en ferez l'expérience lorsque vous resterez avec nous.

Nicest people with incredible view

I must repeat what many others have said, Ella and Chris could not have been nicer people and we felt lucky to meet them both. Their kindness was a highlight of our trip, to be honest. The rental was spotless and the area is just gorgeous! Thank you both for your hospitality!

Great place to stay!

Beautiful new home with basement rental set up cottage style, with large bedroom, dinette/sitting area, and bathroom with large soaking tub and shower, as well as a table and chairs on the outside patio. Even though it was a basement rental, it did not feel like it. The mountain views from the bedroom and patio are amazing! Chris welcomed me when I arrived and he and his wife are just so nice - great hosts! There was even a personalized note waiting for me on the table when I arrived. A wonderful place to stay close to Asheville.

Comfort in the hills!

Fresh, new property. Privacy overlooking the hills surrounding Asheville. Very small fridge, small microwave and coffee set up. Just what you need if you're taking all meals out. Very convenient to the wedding I attended while in the area. Due to my late comings and early goings, I didn't meet the owners, but they were quick to communicate.

Perfect quiet getaway in the mountains!

My wife and I were in Asheville for 3 nights/4 days for a wedding and we had a wonderful stay here. Very quiet and courteous hosts and a gorgeous Mountain View right out the back door. Not advertised was their friendly cat who hung out with us on the porch in the morning while we enjoyed our coffee. Highly recommended if you need a quiet and scenic getaway!

Great stay

Located on the lower lever of the hosts house with private entrance and a balcony to ourselves. We had good communication with hosts - very responsive. Very clean and new. Definitely would stay again

Amazing experience!

The best experience!

My friends and I were looking for a getaway weekend in the mountains close to Asheville and this cottage could not have been more perfect. The best part was how accommodating Chris and Ella were. Nice place to stay

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The property was new and very clean. It was also a short drive to Asheville and the Biltmore for those interested in visiting those places. A great value for the price.

Love it!

The views are amazing. You are completely surrounded by beauty. And we had such an amazing time. Right away Christopher and Ella greeted us and made us feel right at home!

We had a great time staying at the house! Everything was very clean and new. The hosts were very responsive and even made an Anniversary card for my girlfriend and I with a balloon. Could not recommend more to stay near Asheville!

Best Host ever

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Christopher is . . .He went over and above for us during our stay. My car got totaled our first full day and it was Christopher to the rescue. He drove us to get our things out of our AND drove us to get a rental car again over and above service. The rental is new and nice but the best part of the trip was meeting this wonderful host. You will not be disappointed when staying here!! Do yourself a favor and book a trip😊

Great Experience!!

We had a great experience and Chris was a fantastic host. I will say we didn’t expect there to be an access point from the upper level of the house but there are stairs inside that go up to the ground level. We had no issues just also didn’t see any pictures showing the stairs.

Great Property

My son and his gf stayed at the property for a special birthday weekend. Chris went above and beyond to make it special for them. Even placing a birthday card in the cottage. He made them feel very welcome and they loved the property. This is a beautiful spot with great views and wonderful hosts!!!

The Perfect Stay

The properly was absolutely fabulous!!! From the time I drove up until I pulled off to return home, Chris was extremely hospitable and an overall genuinely nice person. Even when my cousin arrived on day two a little before I got back, he was welcomed with open arms as well. This property was clean, cozy, perfect view from the back patio for relaxation / meditation. I wish I could give him 10 stars. If I’m ever back in the area with myself and maybe one other person, I would definitely choose this place again if it’s available. #Perfect #Perfect #Perfect
