Perfectly in tact with ZERO damage post Helene and with clean well water! Accessible roads with easy access to AVL, I-40, I-26. This home away from home boasts stunning mountain views in a beautiful & family-friendly setting. Relax at the fire pit patio where you can soak in the beauty of nature and local wildlife. This cozy & remodeled home space is just 20 mins to the Biltmore and downtown AVL and only 30 mins to AVL airport. Sleeps up to 5 (or 6 including an infant).
Nestled within the beautiful blue ridge mountains, our large family home sits on over 3 acres with views to the surrounding mountains/Mt. Pisgah. We can't wait to host you in your own private 850SF guest cottage which sits adjacent to our home, but is a completely private and separate dwelling unit.
This entire guest suite is your private 1 King bedroom oasis with additional sleeping for 2-3 in the family room. You have your own entrance to come and go as you please, plus plenty of parking.
Check in is by code. No interaction is needed.
Set on 3.3 acres of gently sloping grassy land, boasting amazing mountain views to Mt. Pisgah. Conveniently located within 10 mins of West Asheville, 20 mins to downtown AVL and Biltmore, 30 Mins to AVL airport.

Phenomenal stay at the Cardinal Cottage!

1st mountain vacation

This cottage is located at the top of a mountain overlooking beautiful mountain scenery. Location was perfect. We were only .07 of a mile from our grandchildren. The cottage was very clean and very nicely decorated. We stayed for a week, and found ourselves enjoying the peace and quite. We will be staying again.

Cozy mountain getaway

Great place to stay

Very clean and comfortable stay. We loved the location. It was quiet and convenient to Asheville. If back in the area we would absolutely stay here again. It is a nice touch that the basics are there for you. We had coffee, tea, spices, cleaning supplies, and washing detergent and didn’t have to worry about running out to purchase. Thank you, Angela!

Beautiful Place

Great Cottage...super clean! So much better than staying in a hotel for our 4 day trip! Very spacious and everything feels brand new. We didn't need it but Angela even has a baby bed & things for a little one. We would definitely book this one again!

Lovely little cottage

We really enjoyed our mother/daughter weekend at the Cardinal Cottage. It wasn’t super fancy but it was just perfect. It was clean and comfortable and fully stocked. The view was. Ice and it was located in a great spot, only 17-20 minutes from Asheville. We’d definitely stay here again!

Breath taking views

From the point of check in this sweet little cottage was amazing. It was pristine! The views were absolutely amazing. Minutes to everything from antiques, restaurants, the art scene it was awesome. That all changed after falling in love with the intense beauty of the landscape here in Western North Carolina. The abundance of wildlife keeps us amused. Every day is a fresh view of clouds, mist, sun, birds and more!
