Warm Breeze est un luxe 3 propriété exclusive de chambre située dans un domaine privé de 7 villa cul de sac dans le quartier pittoresque de St George. La villa dispose de son propre jardin privé avec piscine de 5m x 10, grande terrasse. Meublé à un niveau extrêmement élevé. Il ya 2 grandes chambres doubles à l'étage avec balcon. Le maître a un immense balcon donnant sur la mer avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Une grande salle de bains avec douche double et baignoire jacuzzi, et un lit queen size. La deuxième chambre a un balcon et vue sur les montagnes, une grande salle de bains avec douche double. La troisième chambre est une chambre double au rez de chaussée, avec salle de douche attenante. Le salon est le plan vaste et ouvert. Une grande cuisine bien équipée avec tous les appareils, y compris lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, réfrigérateur / congélateur à l'américaine et cave à vin séparée. Le salon est grand avec vue sur la piscine et le jardin, avec la télévision, 2 x 3 canapés places et chaise longue en cuir. La salle à manger est équipé d'une table et des chaises. Il ya aussi un canapé-lit 3 places. Toute la villa a des ventilateurs, la climatisation et le chauffage central pour les visites dans les mois d'hiver. Dehors, il ya des jardins privés à l'avant et l'arrière avec une allée. Construit en barbecue, toilettes et douche. 4 chaises longues, parasols, 2 grande table et chaises de patio. Des packs de bienvenue sont disponibles sur demande. Il y a un lit bébé / parc et une chaise haute

Our second timing staying here - we needed an extra sun bed which was sorted in a couple of days - only issue we had was that one of the air conditioning units at the start of the holiday wasn’t working as it should and a second went towards the end but other than that no issues and would go back again

Excellent Villa

Absolutely great villa - easy to find and in a very quiet neighbourhood. 10 min drive to Coral Bay and 30 from Harbour. Villa had everything we needed including a lovely big pool. We had a problem with the electricity but this was quickly sorted out. Neighbours looking after property were also welcoming and extremely helpful. Would definitely visit again

Very well equipped villa in peaceful area

The villa is wonderfully well equipped with everything you could need to cook, barbecue, relax and unwind. The well cleaned pool is amazing and all the outside space lovely including the balconies. The next door neighbours were friendly and really helpful. The owners were really responsive and helpful prior to our stay and responded very quickly when we had a small issue during our stay with the power. The area is very peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. Villa is in excellent location only a short walk down to the lovely St George’s harbour with lovely clear water, and we got to swim with a turtle!! My only small quibble would be that in all other villas in the med with a stay over 2 weeks we have had a mid stay clean and fresh sheets. But as the villa was very clean to start with this is a minor complaint! We would love to return hopefully soon.

Great villa but need some more love

The villa is perfectly planned with two bedrooms on the second floor and one on the entrance. All with very good space and an open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Unfortunately the villa was not cleaned very well and there were no cleaning instructions - for example how to clean and rinse off the pool area. Also the villa is poorly equipped. Especially the kitchen equipment - either very worn or some things were missing completely. I understand why there is only plastic glass (to protect the pool area from glass splinters) but you have to make sure they are ok - we could not use some of them. The pool was great but we were missing parasol to move around, there were no shade in the afternoon. The AC is strictly put on auto and turns of in 2 or 3 hours. Sure, you can put it on again but during night this means you have to wake up first. To summarize our stay: this is a great villa in a nice neighborhood that needs to work with the details. We hope that our review will help you to perhaps improve some of them.

We are very sorry that you were not 100% happy with your stay at the villa. With regards to the cleanliness of the villa we were disappointed to know that this was the case and if we had been informed we would have had the villa re-cleaned for you. As far as the kitchen equipment, there are a full set of saucepans, a frying pan, utensils, sharp knives, bbq tools, the list is endless. We have provided acrylic drinkware as we have had numerous breakages, plus glass in the pool which interferes with the filtration system. We will upgrade them on our next visit. The AC is on a timer to avoid it being left on when the property is unattended, there are floor fans available too. This review has highlighted to us some problems that we need to address, if we had been contacted with regards to these issues we would have resolved them immediatley, we are disappointed and can only apologise.

Super villa

Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour , la villa correspond a la description des proprietaires . Le séjour a ete agreable aussi bien pour nous les parents que pour les enfants . L’endroit est tres reposant , la piscine est incroyable , nous avons rencontré de gentils voisins qui etaient tres sympatique et serviable, À Paphos et ses environs on a pu découvrir de tres beaux endoits ( plages , montagne , etc …..). Il est preferable d’etre vehiculé . Nous tenons à remercier Jane et Vince pour leur disponibilté .

A fantastic villa in an ideal location

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of fantastic! We were met with a wonderful, luxurious 3 bedroom villa that far exceeded our expectations. The villa was brilliantly clean on arrival and superbly appointed with every mod con you could wish for. The whole living accommodation was very airy, with bathrooms/showers for each room. The pool was huge and the surrounding area was very quiet, and only a stones throw from Coral Bay. Communications with the villa owners was exceptional – before and during our stay. They were very proactive and informative with everything we needed for the villa. This was our sixth time holidaying in this area of Cyprus and this villa and our stay was by far the most comfortable and enjoyable. We WILL definitely be booking again – I cannot rate this villa highly enough. The Lewis family Hampshire

Villa Warm Breeze

Excellent location for a quiet holiday which is what we wanted. Had a problem with the electric tripping and had to contact Vince who arranged for an electrician to visit to resolve the problem. Lovely clean large pool. Big bedrooms with very big en suite to bedroom 1. The wifi was good. The ac timer in bedroom 2 is only 1 hour which is not long enough to give a good night sleep. The inside of the villa was a bit tired and could do with a deep clean. There were stains on the blinds which either need cleaning or replacing. All the shower screens had water marks on.

We are very disappointed that you were unhappy with the cleanliness of the property you should have contacted us on your arrival and we could have got our cleaners to come in and do another clean, rather than leave us bad feed back. It is hard to police this from the UK and your feedback is much appreciated. We will be passing this on to our cleaners to make them aware. As far as the blinds are concerned this is a work in progress, but unfortunately for you it did not happen before your arrival.

Warm Breeze Villa in Agios Georgios

We had a fantastic holiday in Agios Georgios. In addition to the great weather and lovely local area, the Warm Breeze Villa was a fantastic place to stay. The private pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun while the Villa was spacious and well appointed. We'll definitely be returning !

Just stunning!

We would like to start this off by saying that the photo's do not do this beautiful home justice. We were absolutely thrilled on arrival! The lights were on for us as we got in on a late flight. The house was spotless. Lots of little extra's to make the stay special. Amazing spa bath, and much used ice dispenser for the hotter days. The neighbourhood was perfect as it was close to everything but was far away enough for it to be very quiet. The pool are and BBQ was perfect! Everything was super comfortable. Thanks Jane and Vince we will definitely be back!

A Truly Amazing Property in a Beautiful part of Cyprus

I Booked the property as a surprise for my wife, daughter, son in Law and grandson, I picked this particular property because it looked a cut above the others that I had viewed, I was certainly not disappointed when we arrived! In my opinion, the pictures do not do this place justice, it is very spacious and modern inside, all facilities were really good, the beds were modern, spacious and very comfortable, the owners have obviously invested with a view to making this a very special place, it really is luxurious. In the evenings, with the downstairs lights and the pool light on, it looks stunning. We sat on the upstairs balcony on many an evening watching the sun set onto the sea, which again, really gives this place a feel of something very special. Warm Breeze is situated in an idyllic area, just North of Coral Bay, it is away from the busy resort areas, but not too far when doing the transfer from Pafos Airport. I especially enjoyed the drive from Coral bay to the Villa, passing the banana plantations etc. I felt that we were part of Real Cyprus, not in some area carved out for tourists. It is in a great location for having a ride out to the local beaches, we especially enjoyed "Latsi Beach" . We ate in a very nice family owned restaurant called "Sunset Restaurant" around the corner from Warm Breeze, well worth a visit. There is a nice village nearby called Peyia, it is a traditional Cypriot village in the hills, which has some fantastic Pubs & Restaurants, another amazing place. I would go as far as to say that Warm Breeze is the best holiday home that we have ever stayed in.

Superb as always

Really enjoyed our stay. Peaceful. Area perfect for exploring and the developments taking place around the Agios Gergios area are unobtrusive but will bring additions to the area in the next few years. There are two fantastic restaurants within walking distance, but the house contains every facility needed to be a perfect home from home in a idyllic location.
