Fabuleux Brand New 3 chambres 3 salles de bain avec grande piscine chauffée

La villa a une position cul de sac sur un grand terrain paysager clos avec piscine chauffée de 10m. Vue sur la mer depuis le premier étage. Dix minutes à pied de la plage de Coral Bay et de la bande principale. La piscine privée a des marches romaines est entourée d'un patio et d'un grand jardin paysager. Trois grandes chambres, deux en suite au premier étage, une troisième chambre et une salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée. La cuisine est très grande et bien équipée, avec des plans de travail en granit. Grande salle à manger avec portes-fenêtres donnant sur l'extérieur. Beau salon spacieux avec de grands canapés, TV, DVD, TV satellite et wifi. Le barbecue en brique se trouve dans le jardin à proximité de la salle à manger extérieure couverte. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de stationnement hors route avec une pergola pour l'ombre. En restant avec nous, vous avez droit à des réductions dans de nombreuses attractions touristiques et restaurants

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and found it exactly as described in the listing. The property was very spacious, with plenty of room both inside and out, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. The large pool was a real highlight and the perfect temperature throughout our August stay. We spent many peaceful days enjoying the pool and the quiet surroundings.The location was excellent, offering the best of both worlds. It was only a short walk into town and to the local supermarket, which made it easy to pick up essentials or enjoy the restaurants and bars, while still being far enough away to enjoy peace and privacy back at the villa.We didn't need to contact the hosts very often, but when we did, their response was almost immediate and very helpful. Overall, the villa met all our expectations and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Great location and ideal for family group

Stayed here with our family in September 2023. Very good location being away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk into Coral Bay. The neighbourhood was quiet with the garden and pool both very private.

Living the dream in Coral Bay.

A beautiful well maintained villa in a great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Lovely views from main bedroom terrace. Would definitely come back again.

Lovely villa in a nice quiet location but only a short drive to Coral Bay for all the restaurants, beach etc. Pool was really nice and well maintained by Felix. Will return when next in Cyprus.

Fabulous relaxing holiday

My wife and I had a glorious 3 days at this beautiful villa in Coral Bay. Only 20 mins drive from Paphos and well located for the beach, shops and dozens of restaurants, it is a great location. Lisa and Felix provided loads of useful information about the villa and surrounding area. Highly recommended.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
