Une maison d'amis est un espace propre et mis à jour avec de la place pour s'étaler et être confortable !! Ouverte et spacieuse, elle est juste prête pour que vous puissiez déchausser vos chaussures et vous détendre dans son confort décontracté dans un cadre très tropical. Début parfait pour des vacances incroyables!

Le décor est confortable et décontracté. Chaises et causeuses surdimensionnées avec des housses blanches, une cuisine entièrement rénovée, une salle à manger formelle avec une table de style vieilli pouvant accueillir 6 personnes confortablement.

La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend des appareils électroménagers modernes en acier inoxydable, des armoires blanches brillantes, des carreaux de métro en verre de bon goût et des comptoirs en quartz lux. Tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer dans une cuisine bien garnie. Un tout nouveau téléviseur 55 pouces. Obtenez une bonne nuit de sommeil dans l'un des deux matelas queen (un doux et un semi-ferme) avec de nouveaux draps, des oreillers incroyables et des couettes légères.

Le patio extérieur privé avec une table de bistrot et 4 chaises installées parmi les palmiers de Noël et les fougères géantes est préparé pour la détente. Le patio est une charmante retraite parfaite pour dîner en plein air, faire des grillades, lire un roman ou siroter votre cocktail ou votre vin préféré. L'espace est éclairé la nuit avec un éclairage de style ampoule Edison! Un moyen idéal pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie à la plage. Nous avons également des chaises de plage et des glacières à emporter avec vous. Avons-nous mentionné que nous ne sommes qu'à quelques kilomètres des plages du golfe, Bradenton, Coquina, Holmes Beach - et Anna Maria!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The amenities are great. The outside shower was one of our faves. The stay was great for both kids and adults. Would definitely stay again!

Family spring break

The property was very clean and super aesthetically pleasing. The backyard was perfect for containing the little ones. The owner was very friendly and accommodating as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property- Felt like home

We felt like it was home it was so comfortable here. Pool are was so beautifully set up and bonus games to play by the pool. Had everything we needed. Close to shopping and restaurants. 10

Trip to Anna Maria Island

The house was every thing the add said. Very nice and clean. With children, the pool was a must and it was perfect for them. It was very easy to get to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our Perfect Staycation

This house exceeded our expectations! We had plans on going exploring and of course wanted to hit the beaches but ended up never leaving the house. The games, pool and grill was enough for us. I would recommend this house to everyone!

Fantastic!

Its exactly what it looks like in the pics. Clean, well kept, nice pool, comfortable beds ect. Drive to the beach was quick. Kids liked it so much they wanted to always go back early from the beach trips to swim.

Coconut Dreams

We rented this property for one month and really enjoyed it! Excellent location; close to beaches, shopping, and parks. The pool was awesome as well as the entire back yard. Very beautiful. The house was well-equipped for anything you would need from cooking to beach chairs. We highly recommend it.

Amazing

The property is amazing they truly have everything you would need on vacation there. The house is located minutes away from the beach. Everyone loved the pool even the adults! John and Chrissy have went above an beyond on their property and take such great pride in it. We will definitely be back

We had everything we needed

This property was perfect for our stay for our party of 7! The home was clean and well kept. Everything we needed was in the home. We enjoyed the pool after long days at the tournament we were in town for. We slept like babies on the super comfortable beds. Hosts were quick to answer all of my questions prior to arrival and made sure we checked in ok. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

Fantastic home!

Our family arrived for a very overdue family vacation and this place was perfect for us! Nightly swimming was enjoyed by my son and I! The place was spacious, very clean and well stocked! We would highly encourage anyone to stay here! Super quiet neighborhood, corn hold was fun to play, great to relax on the nice outdoor couches and close to Anna Maria island/grocery store and restaurants! Thank you!

Beautiful comfortable beach house!

We loved everything about this house. The layout, the pool, the decoration. It was so beautiful and comfortable. It was very close to shopping, the beach and the town.. Family vacation

Our stay was excellent! It far exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well equipped. Communications with owners was great. Pool and back yard were perfect for our family. We spent a lot of time out there. Layout worked wonderful for each family to have some private space. Check out was the easiest of any VRBO we have stayed at. Location is close everything we needed and wanted to do while there. We loved it and are hopeful for a return trip.

Perfect location and amenities for a family of 10. Spotless, organized, welcoming and had everything we needed. Pleasantly surprised to find a high chair, pack and play and stroller! John and I have been married since 2016. Our passions are real estate, traveling, and helping others learn about real estate and vacation rentals. My husband, John, who is originally from New York (been in Florida since 1994) has the brains in the family is an electrical engineer and entrepreneur. I am originally from Michigan, am a local realtor here in Sarasota and been here since 1999.

Our hobbies include fishing, scuba diving, traveling, skydiving and taking our dogs on the boat. When we do travel it has typically been to the Caribbean, but hoping to go over seas sometime soon.
