Best Place in Orange Beach

We have stayed in IN the last 16 years. Turquoise is the best. Suggest not getting corner unit because of traffic sound. Also daily checking of hot tub is a pain!

Great View

We loved the view from the living room and master. Staff was easily accessible. The condo needs some TLC. It is well decorated, but some items are either broken or looking tired such as; recliner in front of the Living Room TV broken, couches and chairs showing some wear, never got the sound system to work. Streaming was a problem from the #1 bedroom (from DR). Drapery in the LR was shredded. MBR dresser missing handles. No full length mirror anywhere. A backlit magnified mirror for makeup application should be added to master. There were very few towel racks or hooks for bath towels. Wall damage to the MB water closet because there is no door stop. There was a fire drill but we never heard it in the unit. Others told us about it on the way down to the beach. There was a group that was very loud in C building from about 10 to midnight on Thanksgiving Day. No security intervened on the noise. This was our second stay at Turquoise Place.

The Rooms and Condo were appointed well! Ice machine and Hot Tub our favorites! Sauna, Workout Facility, Pool and Slide - love! Made the most of this vacation and Turquoise makes it easy to enjoy. Thank you!

Great views in a spacious pad

Took the family there for Spring Break and had a great time. The building has good amenities and the location cannot be any closer to the beach. Staff was hard working, friendly and polite.

The property is impressive! Spacious and well decorated. My family was well pleased. The weather in mid September was perfect. The overall property was impressive as well. My grandchildren loved the lazy river and the inside pool.

First Family Vacay

This was our first opportunity to take our adult children and our grandchildren all on a vacation together. It was important that everyone have their own room and bathroom. This condo not only had that but had plenty of common space for us all to stretch out and be comfortable. The kitchen was amazing with the multi dishwasher situation Big fridge and all the pots and pans glasses etc that we needed. This condo had great views and helped us have an amazing time at the Gulf. Everything was clean and the one minor issue we had was responded to right away after I sent a message. We would definitely return. When I suggested trying other resorts next time.. my husband was not at all interested because we had such a good time at turquoise Turquoise.

Friends Vacation

The property was just as described, amazing ! There were 8 adults and plenty of room for all of us! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and a gas grill to grill the fish the men caught on their fishing trip! Our favorite place was the huge balcony. We had coffee there every morning and watched the dolphins swim by. I would highly recommend!!!!

Love the Turquoise and have stayed numerous times in the past. Elevators are slow. Staying in this unit we were unable to use the gas grill due to its location on the balcony . The winds were too high.

Boogie boarding with our grands

The property was clean, neat and stocked well. Beautiful views all around. One of the guest beds was too firm causing my son to wake up in pain and another bedroom had an unpleasant odor coming we think from the area rug but all rooms were spacious and had their own bathrooms. The outside kitchen has storm damage but the grille worked fine. The unit is soundproof so you did not hear neighbors. The refrigerator had a puddle under it every day from a possible loose seal but not a big deal. We arrived in time for tropical storm Claudette to hit and still had an enjoyable stay. The staff was all very courteous and friendly. My text messages were always answered promptly. There were 8 of us and lots of room to spread out. The rental price was a lot more than we had hoped to spend but making memories with my kids and grandkids made it worthwhile.

This property made a great vacation better

The week we stayed the weather wasn't cooperating, winds were >15mph. Having 3 pools and the lazy river gave us other options than sitting on the beach getting sand blasted. The unit was amazing! Very clean. Had zero issues with any appliances, and we used everything. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I will say, you have to wait to reopen freezer once closed. (It makes you wait a few seconds) The hot tub and patio were especially nice, and we found ourselves often relaxing on it. The unit was super spacious, plenty of room for our group and baby and play. I look forward ro staying again soon!
