The condo was great for the most part. Our 1 year old is crawling and within the first 30 minutes her hands, elbows and feet were black from all the dirt on the floor.

The unit was beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space and seating in the kitchen/living room area. We loved the balcony. It was large and had comfortable seating for everyone.

Great place!

We were close to the elevators and didn’t not hear any noise from the other guests. Plenty of space for us, beds were comfortable, tasteful decor. We enjoyed our stay. Even the guard at the gate was super friendly and helpful!

Typical Corp Owned Condo

Lots of little things wrong (lamps broken, bulbs out, loose balcony door handle) that adds up to being annoyed. Had to call service for leaking washer and dryer that had no heat, came out next day so that was fine. Nothing I'd rent again until it gets a lot more love for all the broken stuff.

Voted Best Dirty Unit !!

What I loved was the direct view to the beach but interior had stained bath towels, urine color stained dining chairs and furniture. It would have been better if make up or dirt was not on the comforter and no black mold on shower curtains. It would have been nice to have a sink that does drain. We stayed in the master bedroom whole time and used our own comforter and purchased wash towels to try to be comfortable. I would highly NOT recommend this unit or the property management. The staff does not care about cleanliness, Covid-19, monkey pox nor care about good services. The furniture looks like it was on the side of the street. The pots and pans are cheapest I have ever seen. If this owner is having hard times, I pray for you to get your breakthrough. I called mgmt to clean the unit and that did not happen. I figure you were not aware so I sent pictures. Kaiser was a better property mgmt 3 years ago. The unit was very clean back then which is why I booked this time. I was very uncomfortable and stressed out over the cleaning during this stay. I expected a clean unit and to relax. I am deeply disappointed in your customer service and handling of my complaint.

Didn't meet expectations

Firstly, the Summer House looked pretty rough from the outside. Definitely needs powerwashing and paint. Stairwells were dirty and the stack of rusty shopping carts at the bottom of the stairs was surprising. Not sure why they are there and it's a bad look. As far as 502B, it was smaller than expected, but that's probably due to to huge balcony. On arrival, the condo was fairly clean except for the wrappers on the master bedroom floor, beer bottle cap on the living room rug, and stains on the comforters. All deco was very nice. We had an issue with the thermostat being locked and the air conditioning was running constantly, which made it cold in the back bedrooms. Several requests to VACASA to unlock the thermostat went no where. They said they would contact local maintenance personnel, but we were never contacted to fix the issue so we dealt with it. The AC was running constantly to the point condensation was dripping from the vents and we placed towels on the floors to prevent damage. VACASA may be a good place to use for vacation rentals, but not so much on this trip. If it wasn't for the beach and balcony were nice, but we are disappointed for the amount of money we spent.

Nice location. The condo was nice. Our shower curtain had brown stains. Remote in bedroom did not work. We did not have king pillow cases on king pillows.

Great vacation spot

Everything was as described and we had all we needed for a great week at the beach. More towels and a new shower curtain would have made the trip more pleasant- but no complaints! We will be back!

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautifully decorated as advertised. Location is great. Not a long walk to the beach, that was a bonus. The master bed could use a mattress topper. Our only real complaint is the balcony door wouldn’t lock. We have a 4 year old who could open it. No big deal during the day. We were worried about him waking up trying to open it. I called maintenance but they never came. We will definitely stay again.

Summer house 502b

This condo is beautiful and we loved our stay. We did have a problem with the bathtub handle falling off. We called and reported it the first day but they didn’t come till about 24 hours later. In the meantime my husband got his tools from the car and fixed it himself. And the washing machine was my enemy At one time we had to trip the breaker to reset it because it acted like it didn’t have power. When we pushed start it would start and stop and took all day to finally get it to start lol. This was every day hahahah. Now that could have been the operator or the machine but we were enemies at the end of the stay. Other then that it was a beautiful condo

Orange Beach

Awesome condo! Everything we needed for a family vacation and more! Plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. The ice maker was such a plus! We loved the location which was close to everything and the walk to the beach was very short. We loved our stay here at Summerhouse!
