"If It is the view you want? It has the views." You can look at the ocean from the kitchen, living room, or master bedroom. This beautifully updated 3 bedroom / 2 bath unit is directly on the beach and a short walk to the sugar sands of Orange Beach. Stores and shopping > 1 minute drive. Amenities include an Indoor & 2 Outdoor pools, Hot Tub, Tennis Courts, Gym, Security, and Private Parking. Laundry in the unit. Large patio for entertaining.

Self-check-in with Combo-Lock
Expectations: - You will be provided at least 1 trash bag, 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 paper towel rolls, and 10 towels on arrival, and will be your responsibility to bring or stock any toiletries or items otherwise necessary for your stay. - Basic cleaning supplies—all-purpose cleaner, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, and a couple of rolls of toilet paper and paper towels ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Parking] Parking a vehicle requires a Guest Registration Certificate to be purchased separately. Summer House Parking Protocol: The GRC costs $51.50 and can be purchased at the guard shack upon arrival, or at the office across the street during office hours. Renters are limited to two GRC's per unit stay and should be displayed on the dash of their vehicle. A third vehicle may be parked in the gravel lot free of charge with a gravel pass that can be obtained from the guard shack or the office during business hours. Gravel pass vehicles must stay in the gravel lot and may not park in the south lot. If a renter arrives after hours and there is no one in the guard shack at that time, they can acquire their GRC the next day at either the guard shack or the office during business hours.

Renter may lose the right to occupy the rental if incidents with the complex or other residents occur against requirements, hinder our relationship with an entity, or cause significant disturbances brought to our attention.

[Booked Guest Count] Booked Guest Count must be accurate to the best of your ability, and can be altered prior to arrival. We reserve the right to require correction, withhold access, or cancel your reservation if you arrive with a significant excess of a guest count, or is otherwise brought to our attention. Necessary accommodations will only be prepared for the listed amount of guests.
[Communication] All communication and concerns need to be communicated to us directly, and us ONLY. DO NOT inquire to on-site staff. On-site management requires us to coordinate our own guests and is not to be bothered with your inquires as they cannot assist you directly. To protect this relationship and requirements for all of our guests, you may be asked to vacate the property if this is not followed to a certain degree.
[Pets] No Pets allowed. No Exceptions. Pet-free complex.
[Payment Processing] Refunds requested by the traveler, and cancellations initiated by the traveler, may be subject to forfeiting the payment processing fee (~3%) depending on the booking platform used for payment that has been collected directly by us. Payments made to channels are will be based on that entity's policies.
[Early/Late Check-In/Out] Will not be considered or accepted until 48 hours before check-in, and is only possible if there is no same-day turnover. Please do not request more than 48 hours before check-in time.
[Damages] • If renter damages the home or any of its belongings, renter may be charged up to the full amount of any needed repair/replacement of items or conditions. • The renter will be responsible for reimbursing expenses to replace/repair any items/contents of the rental that are not returned/present on check-out or damaged requiring replacement. • The renter is responsible for any additional cleaning expenses incurred that are not due to normal wear and tear, or standard use of the rental.
[Holdover] • Failure to Vacate the Property within 30 mins of Check-Out Time/Turnover Crew’s arrival after Check-Out Time: $50 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Comfortable and relaxing get-a-way
We had a wonderful time at Totally Beachin'! My two sisters and I brought our mother for a quiet, relaxing get-a-way on the beach. We enjoyed the views of the gulf from the big slider windows and the beach was a short walk from the condo-very convenient. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The coffee maker was a Keurig drip pot and single cup combination--good to have both options.
We enjoyed take-out from Mikee's Restaurant and rolled icecream from Cowbell's.
We would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo, good value
The condo pictures online were accurate. Overall it’s a great rental. Our only disappointment was in the supplies. There was only one trash bag for our two day stay. There were no cleaning supplies so that we could clean up after meals or wipe down the counters after cooking. We recommend a few more trash bags and maybe something to clean surfaces with.

Wonderful family vacation
Over all experience was great. A couple of bad points were coffee maker didn’t work and dryer didn’t shut off so you had to watch it. Loved the location.

The condo itself was lovely, but we were not informed that the pool would be closed or that construction was going on. We were woken up with hammering and drilling each morning. I have emailed the management company and they said they weren’t aware of the pool, and that they would “get back to me” but I haven’t heard anything. We had a small issue a check in that was resolved by calling VRBO directly. Great place, poor communication.
