Very clean and good value, no wifi

I enjoyed staying there at the property except there was no cable or Wifi so that was disappointing. Nothing to watch except antenna tv that went in and out. Also the whole place shakes when anyone is walking around. There were police down the street at 5 am so a little concerning of the neighborhood, lots of people biking down the street at 5am. The rental itself was very nice though.

As for the neighborhood, we have 0 issues with crime or violence of any kind, however every city has police officers that respond to the needs of the community. Best, Katherine

Weekend getaway

Clean rental with everything you need Stove,refrigerator,cable TV etc Brought my 18ft boat and parking was easy and under the rental. Close to the water and will definitely be back

Super cute little house!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The management stayed in contact with me through the entire trip and were always super quick to respond! We will definitely be staying here again if we’re in the area!

Nice property and clean for the most part. I did have to wash the sheets due to finding some hair that did not belong to me or my boyfriend. Had a couple of bugs sneak in but nothing major. The blinds in the unit we stayed in did not function properly and had to turn each blind individually by hand at night time and again to open during the day. I notified the owner immediately about the issue and they offered for maintenance to fix them. Great communication which is much appreciated. Not far from Galveston and the local parks/fishing piers are very nice as well.

Has potential

The first night, did not internet or cable and the tvs were not working but when reported in the morning, they promptly got on it. The place felt fairly new which was a plus. Other issues was that they did not have dish soap for dishes and only one trash can for the whole place inside. Altogether, not a bad place, just needs some aesthetic changes.

Nice weekend beach getaway

Everything was absolutely perfect... hosts were great with communication and the property itself was awesome... I was looking for a little beach getaway weekend and I could not have been happier for choosing this spot... it’s perfectly located not too far from everywhere but just far enough that you don’t have all the hustle and bustle of everyone else... the place is extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable!!! I will definitely be a repeat booker for my next little getaway... thank you for having us 💙

Great little stilt house!

This unit had everything we needed for our stay in San Leon: comfy bed and foldout sofa, plenty of space to spread out, and location close to our favorite restaurants there. The place was clean and as quiet as it could be for 4th of July. Thanks for the great stay!

Weekend Relief

We were aware that this little house was not in Galveston Island or even on the water (ok, the bay was one block away) but it was just what we needed and it was certainly close via a short drive to everything else.

San Leon 6-2-2020

This property is super clean, convenient and just comfortable. We come here every year and our first time staying here. I can say from this point on when I come to see family I will be renting here. Keep up the great work this place is adorable.
