We had a wonderful stay in Ploce. The house was a great base to explore the Old Town of Dubrovnik and offered us everything we needed and more, we especially enjoyed the beautiful views! We would defintely return to this lovely property if we visit Dubrovnik in the future.

Host Kathy and manager Dube made this a great experience with helpful. answers to our questions. Our group stayed for 3 nights and appreciated the beautiful views and AC. loved having a washing machine and clothesline available. Grocery store only steps away. Loved view of Lokrum island and all the boats entering the harbor.

Amazing place, absolutely would stay again! The location was very convenient to the old city and other attractions, but far enough away that we had plenty of peace and quiet. The villa itself was more than large enough for our group, with four well-sized bedrooms each with their own bathroom and plenty of common space for us to hang out and enjoy meals together. Kathy was very communicative and helpful in arranging transport from the airport and anything else we needed. We highly recommend staying here for your time in Dubrovnik!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spot with European charm sitting atop the old town of Dubrovnik. The views were sensational and the house was clean, spacious and very well appointed. The communication was excellent and we highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for charm, a great location and stunning views. Two thumbs up!

The check in was smooth, the location was awesome, the view was fabulous over looking The Old City (especially at night), the place had plenty of room for our family of five, was clean, and had all we needed to cook and do laundry. Spiral staircase leading to upstairs bedrooms could be a challenge for the elderly and fine for most. Parking is non-existent and we were able to find a local who rented out a parking space a block up the hill for a very good price.

Great spot!

This Villa was a lovely place to stay - super close to the old town (a 5 minute walk), plenty of bedrooms / bathrooms, a grocery store next door, Katherine was excellent with communication. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the city!

Amazing Location

The location is absolutely amazing! We were a family of 8 adults ( children with spouses). Beach was a 8 minute walk down the stairs and the old town was a 10 minute walk down the stairs. All amenities where available with a lovely patio!

Beautiful views over Dubrovnik.

This is a great location, large living space. We had 6 adults in the property comfortably. Close to old town, with some stairs. Would definitely go back again. On a side note, a lot of stairs in Dubrovnik, so just be prepared for your daily workout.

Dubrovnik Villa with Beautiful View

Ideally located with a beautiful view and a quick walk to both the city and beach. Fits 8 (4 couples or 2 families) very comfortably with a bathroom in each bedroom. Spacious floor plan with an extra bathroom downstairs near kitchen and living room. The outdoor areas are lovely. Owner and property manager are very responsive. Easy check in process. We enjoyed our stay!

Location, Location, Location

South side of town and away from tourist areas. Great place for four couples. Got sausages and pork collar steaks from Taj's Butcheraj and rest of food stuffs from Pemo's for bbq and alfresco dining on the terrace with a view of the Old Town and Walls. Sveti Jakov Beach is easy 20 min walk and has great restaurant and service. Better view than Banje beach and quieter

Very nice property. The street it's on is a bit busy and you can hear cars go by at all hours. Bring earplugs if that bothers you. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay.

Dubrovnik home base

My family of 6, all over age of 21, stayed here for 5 nights and loved it! It was roomy enough for all of us and plenty of bathrooms too.. Just a short walk to Old Town and the beaches..yes the stairs are plentiful but definitely doable and helps work off all that delicious gelato we were eating. We enjoyed the outdoor terraces as well. Nice grocery store 2 minutes away. Great views of Old Town and the islands. Recommend this wonderful property to anyone going to Dubrovnik! Owner was great to work with and appreciated her recommendations.

This is our family home in Dubrovnik, Croatia. We love going there together and would like to share it with you. Great for extended family vacations or groups of friends traveling together. There is more than enough room in the house for everyone to have their space.

This is the neighborhood in Dubrovnik that has the view. Villa Branko is an actual home, there is an upstairs and downstair and terrance area for you to enjoy. Most people rent apartments but we like to keep out home the way we use it and have others enjoy it too.
