We loved our stay at Alicia’s! The place was a little more dated than we expected, but it was absolutely spotless. The pool was clean and our son swam endlessly even though the water was cold!The location was excellent. It was easy to get to downtown Charleston and also pretty quick to get out to Folly Beach.

Everything was clean and well stocked. Great location on James Island, great parking, and the pool was very nice to have. Bedrooms were a great size and having access to a washer and dryer was also nice. Easy check in and check out.

Great little place!

Very convenient for everything we wanted to do in Charleston! Slept like a baby! And enjoyed our pool just outside our door!! Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay!!! This was such an Adorable house with all of the amenities you need & more!! The location is a prime spot, easy to access restaurants & nightlife! The hostess was very polite, responsive & helped us with our questions! This is definitely on my list to return to!

We really enjoyed our time at this cozy guest house. It is in a great location! Close to everything we wanted to see including downtown Charleston. We played golf across the street at the Charleston Municipal Golf Course. We relaxed one day at the pool. The water was cold (pool not heated) but it was tolerable. It was nice to have a garage because we brought our e-bikes and stored them inside the garage. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great location! We were in town for the College of Charleston admitted student day. It does take about 15 minutes to get to the college, but we took a Lyft in for 12 and back for 13 so not expensive and we didn’t have to pay for parking around the college. There are some great restaurants within a mile or two from this house. Just as described in the listing! Alicia is great! Will stay again!!

Great property

My mom and I went to visit my niece. This property is in a great location, close to the beach, downtown and the airport. The pool was much needed in the 90+ temps. Host on property was so sweet and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent Accommodations

The property was perfect for me and my daughter and two grandkids. They provided everything you could need and the pool was perfect for our use. Neighborhood was quiet and golf course within walking distance. Alicia was our host and she was very friendly and accomodating.

Perfect for visiting family nearby

Walking distance to lots of family. Place was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. Good for daily runs too. Access was easy and secure. Nice place to sit outside by the pool. Just wanted you to know that there were dirty glasses in the cupboard and the pool was kinda gnarly, overall a great place and location.

Guest House is perfect for 2 people! Kitchen worked well for us. Baked cookies and a Pot Roast. Pool is nice! DOOR LOCKS YOU OUT AUTOMATICALLY..,,learn it before you arrive. Great Neighborhood. Neighbors were very Friendly! Beds are comfortable!

Great stay!

We stayed for a 2 night quick trip to see a friend moving from Charleston up north. The apartment was the perfect size for our 2 adults and 2 kids family. Everything was clean, and the pool was fun. Our kids swam even though it was only about 72 out. They still had a blast! The location is convenient to everything. We will definitely consider this property when we returning to Charleston!

Perfectly Located Diamond

This property was extremely well maintained, has attentive hosts, and was perfectly located between Folly Beach and Charleston’s Historic District. It was, by far, one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Having a pool to soak in after a hot day or the ability to play a round of golf at the city course that is literally across the street makes this property a diamond. But small touches like having an ice maker, luxury towels, and easy check in made it shine.

Looking for a Unicorn

My family really needed a break after being home for weeks due to COVID 19, but we were not ready to be back around tons of people at a hotel. This space was perfect because it had two bedrooms, a full kitchen and a private indoor pool. The location was great because it was half way between the historic areas downtown and Folly Beach.

Perfect place in Charleston

Our trip was perfect from the moment we pulled up. The apartment is perfect for a family of 4. It has everything you need as well. The pool is great with pool toys for the kiddos and very comfortable chairs for the adults. The neighborhood is amazing as well. There are parks and the best local golf course just steps away. Blake was an amazing host and checked on us and made sure our trip was perfect. Thank you!!!
