Excellent emplacement, bloc de plage, piscine - Réserve pour 2018

Ce condo de 2 chambres à coucher et 1 salle de bain est situé au 2ème étage des condominiums Bayberry. Le salon dispose d'un canapé gigogne, d'une télévision LED et d'un lecteur DVD. La cuisine entièrement équipée avec coin repas comprend un lave-vaisselle, une cuisinière, un four micro-ondes et un grand réfrigérateur. La chambre principale a un lit queen size et une télévision LCD. La deuxième chambre a un lit superposé / jumeaux. L'unité est 530 pieds carrés.

Télévision par câble, mobilier moderne et confortable, matelas à plateau-coussin, télévision à écran plat et DVD. Il est ouvert toute l’année et dispose de la climatisation, du chauffage, de la télévision par câble, d’un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge communs et d'un parking pour 1 personne.

Le troisième étage du Bayberry contient une grande terrasse ensoleillée commune pour profiter de la vue sur l’océan, une promenade et des feux d’artifice le vendredi soir. Il y a une piscine creusée avec une petite zone peu profonde pour les tout-petits.

Le Bayberry est situé au 23rd & Surf Avenue à North Wildwood. Il s'agit d'un bloc de plage et à quelques pas de la célèbre promenade de 2 km de Wildwood. La promenade a cinq quais de divertissement, deux grands parcs aquatiques en front de mer, la plus haute grande roue de la côte est et plus de manèges que Disneyland. La jetée de Morey la plus proche se trouve au 26e rue et le tramway à batterie de Wildwood est disponible pour se rendre au centre de conventions, au sud de la promenade, ou simplement pour faire du tourisme.

Great weekend in Wildwood

We spent the Memorial Day weekend here and had a great time. The place was just as expected, very clean, everything listed as there, and the people in the other units (mostly other owners that weekend) were very friendly. The pool was well maintained and great after spending a day at the boardwalk and beach.

Great time at a perfect condo

My wife and I with our 2 children (7 and 4) had an absolutely great time while staying at this condo. Meticulously clean, close to the beach and boardwalk with a quiet pool... highly recommended. The new owner Dawn was very nice and communicated quickly when we accidently left an item. Definite 5 star recommendation without hesitation.

Easy walk to the beach

Pros: The location was very convenient to the beach and boardwalk and the amount of space was perfect for a small family. Cons: Despite the listing saying pets are not allowed, there was dog hair everywhere in the unit.

We do have a dog who will come down with us on occasion but I wish you would have notified us if there was pet hair. We were under impression unit had been cleaned between rentals.

Reconnection

Back to our little island we called home for 15 years. You don't know what you miss till you return. Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo. It was the perfect fit.

Enjoyed the Beach!!

Wildwood beach was an amazing place to visit. When we walked out the first day there was a school of dolphins feeding about 30 feet off shore. The second day there were schools of small sting rays gliding in the waves. There was a lot of space available on the beach and the ocean was, for the most part calm, and enjoyable. We were very grateful that there were boogie boards at the condo we could use. Thank you! Unfortunately, we were not impressed with the condo. We knew the floor plan would be small but the way the furniture layout is made it feel very cramped. We were disappointed that the pool closed at 8 p.m. and there were broken plastic lounge chairs around the pool. The TV was very glitchy. The sound & picture would go in and out. We tried to see if it was a loose cable but we were unable to get the TV to function smoothly. However, the worst part of our stay was finding used Kotex Pads behind the “master” bedroom dresser that was in the closet. Absolutely disgusting. I’m done with that phase in my life... so it wasn’t me. The condo appears clean, but If you look behind or move anything— it’s filthy behind. We moved the queen bed away from the wall so we could enter both sides of the bed and the moulding was very dusty and there was just grime and wrappers under the bed by the wall. One more note... my daughter would like me to mention that the toilet paper is “half ply” and it disintegrates when you try to use it.

I’m so sorry about that, If you notified me while you were there we could have had our cleaners come clean address. We will look into tv- this is first we heard of glitching. The toilet paper was probably left from renter before as we use Scott. The furniture layout is the same as the photos.

Perfect location!

We loved the location on the beach block! There was plenty of kid supplies inside (bathroom stool, small potty seat, bed rail, etc.) Which really helped with our 3 year old! We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great weekend getaway

Our family of 5 wanted a simple weekend beach getaway. We have 2 teenagers and a 7 year old. The teenagers loved the proximity to the boardwalk and our 7 year old loved the pool. My wife and I liked that the property was on the beach block. The kitchen had everything we needed for making simple dinners. There were beach toys for the youngest, which is nice because it is one less thing to pack.

Very good place for a small family with children

We stayed there in July 2017. The place was very clean and nicely located 1 block from the beach and the boardwalk. The pool was also vey clean and the kids loved it. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Convient location

Just a two minute walk to the boardwalk, i.e. very close to all the rides and the beach. A large ACME grocery store is a few blocks away. Sitting on the rooftop is a nice way to spend the evening. Dawn (the owner) responded fast to my questions (not many). Only minus: The A/C in the one bedroom is rather noisy. It woke my wife up several times.

GREAT PROPERTY!!!!

Clean, perfect sized place for a family of four w/ 8 and 10 yr old! Wildwood is the KING OF ALL BOARDWALKS on the Jesey Shore. My family was there for a long weekend and absolutely loved this condo. Walk to boardwalk and beach, perfect location to rides, arcades and waterpark. We didn't move the car once in 4 days!!! It was my children's dream. Great pool for kids and other tennants hanging out there were friendly and welcoming. The place was spotless and my kids really enjoyed the bunkbeds and flat screen TV. I would strongly reccommend this place as an alternative to local hotels and motels. ENJOY!!!!!

Perfectly Perfect in Every Way

This condo was absolutely perfect for our little family (me, my husband, our toddler son). I was completely blown away by the cleanliness of the condo - there was not an ounce of dust to be found anywhere, and the bathroom (especially the shower) was cleaner than some "upscale" hotels we've stayed in. The furniture and decor all looks brand new. I am very critical and have very high standards, and this condo exceeded all of my expectations. The entire property, especially the pool area, was immaculate. It is walking distance to the boardwalk, amusements and beach - and close enough to grocery stores, gas stations, ice cream shops, mini golf, etc. Todd was very responsive to all of my questions and extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend renting this property. Thanks Todd! :)

cheer-ful weekend

Great little find! Boardwalk was literally 500 ft from the steps. Very convient to everything. Place was clean and decorated nicely. Condo was stocked with everything you could need to cook,watch movies or just hang out and play games. The owners were great to deal with, very helpful and accomodating. They responded very quickly to questions and were fantastic about paying for the rental. The owners made me feel very comfortable about the rental agreementand safe with my personal information. Definately would recommend and will plan to stay there again my next visit to the area!!

We love Wildwood and vacation here every year. My husband an I met years ago in Wildwood and now continue to enjoy spending time at the free clean beaches building sandcastles, riding waves, playing sports and relaxing in the sun with our children. We also enjoy the morning bike rides on the boardwalk, amusement rides, waterparks, arcades, Friday night fireworks, mini golfing and strolling on the boardwalk. I hope you and your family enjoy Wildwood as much as we do.
