Beachfront top flr 1 br condo at Summer Sands

Welcome to Summer Sands and relax in this quiet beach block condo, at one of the top beaches in the country. This top-floor unit has a pool view at the front door and you can also see the ocean from the bedroom window.

In summer, condo usually rents from Saturday 4:00 p.m. check-in to Saturday 10:00 a.m. check-out, unless the calendar shows some partial week availability.

Linens, blankets and towels are not provided, please bring your own.

• Sleeps four people on a queen bed in bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in living room.
• Air conditioners in both living room and bedroom, which is rare in Summer Sands. There are ceiling fans in both rooms as well.
• Cable TV and Netflix are both available. 32 inches TV in living room and 50 inches TV in bedroom.
• High speed Xfinity WIFI, which is well suited for remote work or school.
• Well equipped kitchen with stove, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, dinnerware, cookware, grill tools, basic spices.
• Retractable screen door. Two lounge chairs and a table to enjoy balcony.
• One assigned off-street parking spot for the unit. Free street parking across the street on a first-come first-serve basis.

• Zero tolerance policy for cannabis smoking on the Summer Sands property. Any guest caught smoking marijuana will be asked to leave upon their first offence, enforcing a strict zero tolerance policy.
