TOUT NOUVEAU DANS NOTRE COLLECTION !!! Ce penthouse chic de deux chambres est situé au cœur du quartier de la station balnéaire de Tangolunda Bay! Il est niché dans un complexe de boutique qui offre à ses clients une piscine commune et une terrasse sur le toit avec jacuzzi, chaises longues, diverses salles à manger et de nombreux sièges.

Le salon est lumineux et aéré, présentant un mur de fenêtres qui peuvent être ouvertes pour profiter de la brise tropicale bienvenue ou fermées pour climatiser l'espace.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un balcon, d'une télévision et d'une salle de bains privative. La deuxième chambre est hors du salon principal et dispose de deux lits doubles, ainsi que d'un accès à un balcon, une télévision et une salle de bain attenante.

Beautiful condo with everything you could ever need to make your trip great. We especially loved the fact that they had portable beach chairs and umbrellas to use at any of the many nearby beaches. There wasn’t a cooler bag, so we purchased one and left for the next vacationers. Quiet location, within 2 minute walk from the beach. Would love to come back.
Where we hung out to keep cool during the day. Shower and bathroom on roof as well.

Amazing stay !

Our stay at La Bocana was amazing, we stayed for about 10 days and we felt right at home. The space had all the basic elements for a nice, comfortable stay with my family and was in a quiet location near the ocean (though not for swimming), but not far from town. The team in charge was super attentive and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed in advance and during our stay. Absolutely recommended for any future travelers considering staying here.

It was so convenient and clean, the house manager so friendly and kind.. highly recomend this place to enjoy your vacation.. 5 min to playa conejo and 1 minute walk to playa bocana yo surf..

Lovely quiet secluded getaway.

It was our first time in Bocana. We loved the quiet atmosphere and small community feel. Loved walking the beach daily, watching birds and surfers! Just far enough from town to slow down and relax. Exactly what we were looking for. Make sure to try Dona Duvi’s and Los Güeros both had good food.

I am 54 years old and that was the most pleasant experience I’ve had ever. I enjoyed it so much we are in the process of buying real estate in the area we stayed in. Only improvements I would make is to have a microwave but that just shows how lazy we were to cook. The condo was extremely pleasant and modern. I wish I could articulate our experience better.

Wonderful

Loved the plunge pool - up in the treetops with the birds. Didn’t love the construction site in the back yard.

Rental had a great location, was clean and well equipped. Owner was quick with communication and friendly. The only con we had on our trip was it is an apartment so if you do not have considerate people staying above you, it makes for some frustrating moments. Even with earplugs and sound machines on we could hear the thudding from the above neighbors and from the beach access gate slamming. So just something to think about if you’re a light sleeper. But other than that, had a wonderful weeks stay!

Lovely beach hideaway

We loved this condo! It was perfect for our family of four. Our children could swim in the big pool or the small rooftop pool. We could also walk to the beach in five minutes. If we wanted to, we could get a mud bath, or a massage along the way. There are so many wonderful beaches to explore in the area. We went to a new place every day. It was nice to have a fully functional kitchen for lazy breakfasts. Everything was clean and it good working order.

The apartment is confortable, fully furnished. The prívate terrace is amazing with bbq and jacuzzi. Nice pool. The Beach is 2 min walking and there is a lot of spots for surfing around.

It is a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach, where you can enjoy watching, surfers, fishermen, families swimming and playing in the surf. Our daily walk along the beach to the Copalita River to see the wonders of fresh water emptying into the ocean. Totally spectacular. Beach restaurants, serve yummy food and drinks as well as boutique hotels for fine dining. We absolutely enjoyed the old and the new that this community has to offer. Local cooking classes, surfing lessons, mud baths, massages etc. We will be back!

Tranquille condo blending Mexico atmosphere with comfort

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So many things to love about our stay. Perfect size for us with delightful neighbours. Being surrounded with nature, an outdoor rooftop deck and separate sitting area in the shade. Walking distance to the beach with several restaurants from local to upscale. Only negatives were uncomfortable bed and 15 minute taxi ride to amenities such as grocery stores. No ability to get large bottled water and only l cleaning in 3 weeks. Still can't figure out the stove, induction or electric or what? Also being charged for a late check out was disappointing. Maybe our fault but we assumed the same conditions would apply as our last year's vacation rental at a different property with My Huatulco Vacations, eg. one cleaning a week, and fresh water delivery. That being said, we still had a wonderful stay. If it sounds nit picking, just honest feedback and we would book through them again, just read the small print of which there is a lot.

For the late check-out, some services vary by property, and we understand how this could feel confusing based on your previous stay—your comments will help us improve how we communicate these details. Beautiful vacation property in the perfect location

We spent many evenings bbqing and enjoying the private roof top terrace and plunge pool. The furnishings and linens were very comfortable and welcoming and the property and the grounds were kept very clean. Everything you could need to take to the beach or hang out at the pool is supplied. (Including beach chairs, coolers, Bluetooth speaker, even a picnic basket!) The condo is in a small, quiet complex in the heart of a friendly community with a beautiful beach less than a 5 min walk away. We loved going for morning sunrise strolls on the beach each day! We checked out the local restaurants and the mezcaleria and were not disappointed with all the fresh seafood and margaritas! It was quite easy to find taxis when we wanted to go into Santa Cruz and Crucecita and the restaurants have no problem calling one for you if there are none available at the beach. We were also able to book a cooking class at Wahaca Cooking, located just down the street where we learned some authentic Oaxaca cooking skills! Would definitely book this property again if it's available. It was perfect for a relaxing getaway. My Huatulco Vacations made booking and check-in/check-out easy.
