Comfortable accomodations for our family of four. Had everything we needed. Nice balcony to enjoy the river, and great proximity to the park and Estes.
We absolutely loved the location with the view of the river and it was so nice being so close to the park. The condo itself was so comfortable and had everything we needed.
We love the Estes Park area. This location is very close to a RMNP entrance. We loved the unit our only disappointment were the 15 steps going up to tge 2nd floor and narrow stairway. Everything else made our stay in the Rockies very enjoyable...
The condo was close to town, shopping and any other activities you'd need (groceries etc.). The other direction was RMNP.
The condo itself, was clean and view was gorgeous. Listening to the river was the highlight of our trip. Saw elk through the trees in a field across the road and birds in the tree's. It was a perfect get-away.
Very nice well kept accommodations. Very quiet except for our kids, probably. Beautiful location, easy in and out. The only problem was the swimming pool. From the picture to what we saw in person weren't even close. The property pool was disappointing for our grandkids.
The condo was very comfortable and conveniently located to RMNP. It would have been nice if there had been some written instructions about how to use the TV. It also would have been better if there had been at least one recliner in the TV room.
Clean, well stocked, wonderful sleeping arrangements. 2 bathrooms were amazing. The walk-in shower is awesome! We loved the big kitchen and the large dining room. We had our children over for lunch one day. Our Grandson love walking in the river. If I could suggest one thing.
Maybe get a tall table and chairs for the deck so you can look at the river when sitting on the deck. Other than that we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We visit Estes Park every year and have found our new favorite place. Thank you! We will be back! deck. Then
The property looks out onto the river which provides a beautiful view and a calming background noise. We slept really well. We were eager to explore RMNP and the location was perfect-- less than a mile to the Fall River entrance. We hardly had a wait, if at all, to enter the park. Lots of trails to hike on this side of the park and an easy and beautiful drive to Bear Lake Road. It was easy to get to town as well. We very much enjoyed our stay.
The property needs a few repairs and updating. First, be awasre that there is no airconditioning. We visted in the later part of August and it was very warm. One fan provided was too small for the twin bedroom and the other too large and loud and did not work on the low speed in the master bedroom. It was too loud and powerful for sleeping. The hall bath handheld shower head needed repair and the sink stopper was broken. The kitchen chairs need to be refurbished as the seats are worn out and VERY uncomfortable. The refrigerator made a continuous compressor noise. The carpet in the entry hallway was stained and moldy smelling-not a good first impression. This condo is on the second floor with a narrow stairwell. Be aware of this and of no airconditioning if this is important to you. The price was high for the property.
The Fawn Valley Inn had everything needed for my stay. Plenty of space, Well stocked kitchen, linens, towels, etc. Especially appreciated the coffee supplies which you often don't get with short term rentals.. Best part was hearing the river outside. Enjoyed the balcony and walking trail. Location was nice, easy drive into town. It was clear one side of the mattress was more worn than the other. Once I figured this out and moved to the other side the nights were much more comfortable.
This property is right on the river with the balcony being a great place to relax and have a cup of coffee. Comfortable and clean but dated is how I would describe this condo. The kitchen had everything I needed and the master bed was comfortable.
