Cette propriĂ©tĂ© unique peut ĂȘtre louĂ©e en 2B / 2B ou 3B / 3B. Il y a une suite d'invitĂ©s sĂ©parĂ©e (indĂ©pendante) qui a une belle chambre, une salle de bains et une petite terrasse. Veuillez voir l'image des plans de maison pour la disposition. L'Ă©tablissement peut accueillir de 2 Ă  6 personnes. Le taux de base est basĂ© sur une occupation de 2 personnes et chaque invitĂ© supplĂ©mentaire est de 25 $ par personne et par nuit.

Ce magnifique chalet de montagne se trouve sur 1. 8 acres avec une vue imprenable sur Longs Peak, Twin Sisters, Old Man Mountain et Fall River. Les premiers fondateurs de l'Elkhorn Lodge ont construit la maison en 1934, d'oĂč le nom d'Elkhorn Cottage. Bien qu'il y ait eu de nombreuses mises Ă  jour, cette maison se vante d'originaux lui donnant la sensation de montagne confortable et parfaite. Il y a du parquet, une grande cheminĂ©e en pierre et une cuisine de style «rĂ©tro» bien approvisionnĂ©e. Les chambres sont grandes et les plafonds sont hauts. Le chalet principal est 2B / 2B et il y a une suite d'hĂŽtes sĂ©parĂ©e qui est 1B / 1B. Une grande terrasse se trouve sur tout l'arriĂšre de la maison, parfaite pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter de la vue. Il se trouve Ă  environ 800 mĂštres du centre-ville via un trottoir au bout de la rue et Ă  3,8 kilomĂštres en voiture de l'entrĂ©e du RMNP de Fall River, moins encombrĂ©e.

La chambre principale a un lit King size et des portes françaises qui s'ouvrent sur la grande terrasse. L'autre chambre dans la maison principale a un lit queen size avec 2 grandes fenĂȘtres. La chambre dans la suite d'hĂŽtes (Moose Room) a un lit queen size, une salle de bain complĂšte avec baignoire / douche et une petite terrasse privĂ©e. La suite d'hĂŽtes dispose d'un mini-rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et d'une cafetiĂšre. Toutes les chambres ont des placards.

PrĂšs de nombreux lieux de mariage populaires, dont le Stanley Hotel, SkyView at Fall River Village et Black Canyon Inn.

Quaint, vintage cottage with an interesting history. Only one side of oven in range worked and one burner on range top didn't work, but we made it work. Top drawer of dishwasher didn't work as well. The cottage was in walking distance of downtown and has a very quaint, cozy vibe with a nice gas fireplace. Very nice view of Long's Peak in a quiet neighborhood. We had a bull elk grazing in the back yard one morning.

Home was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and inviting. Everything was well thought out with instructions and hints to help us keep it as beautiful and welcoming as we found it. My daughter and I didn't want to leave and would rent again if we ever return to the area.

The amenities were fine. The kitchen was quaint but well equipped. We were there for a wedding and did not cook much. The W/D adjacent to the kitchen was a plus. The fireplace in the living room was a wonderful treat and helped warm the room on a snowy night. The house was extremely well maintained. Reading the history of the property in the red notebook is important and fascinating. It helps explain the property across the street, which is hopefully going to be renovated soon. I recommend checking the park entrance policy due to the federal shutdown. Timed entries are not necessary now and it was quite crowded on the weekend.

We have been to Estes Park many times and this is by far the most beautiful and accommodating home we have stayed in. It was a pleasure to work with Kim. She had everything well marked to make the stay comfortable and not have to worry about how things should be done. The location is amazing and it was easy to navigate where we wanted to go. We got to experience seeing a lot of wildlife right in the yard. We will definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location

Minutes from the park entrance and downtown Estes. Clean and comfortable. So relaxing to sit on the deck in the morning, enjoying coffee, and in the evening, watching the elk. Highly recommended.

Great Cabin getaway

The property was just as pictured. Found easy, close to everything. It was a nice cabin, fireplace, all the amenities you could ask for in the kitchen for cooking our meals. Kim was great. Always responded to our questions and check in very quickly. I would recommend this home for anyone wanting a getaway in the mountains!

Fabulous Cottage with a perfect location

The cottage was wonderful, loved the gas fireplace! We used all three bedrooms and the layout was really nice. This is the most well equipped VRBO I have had the pleasure of renting. Everything you could need and more was there! The location could not have been more perfect, for us and the flock of wild turkeys, mule deer and even bull elk. It was simply fabulous!

Charming Cabin in Estes Park

We loved our stay at the cabin. Unfortunately, we were only there a short time and didn't get to take advantage of the deck and fire pit. This is a classic cabin. It is very comfortable and a nice place to spend your time in Estes Park.

LOVED THIS HOME

This is such a great place. We loved that it was private and is an individual home. It is also close to downtown Estes and walkable if you do not mind exercise. Entrance to RMNP is also very close!!! Back porch is amazing with great views. There is some construction going on that you can see while sitting on porch but that is no fault of the owner. Kim is a GREAT host and responds quickly to anything. A lot of personal touches and supplies. Would definitely stay here again and also recommend it to anyone.

Great get-away

Beautifil views from a comfortable, cozy home away from home! Walkable to town but close to the Red Route bus stop. Very responsive, communicative host, Kim who even stopped by to fix the tv! We had a relaxing, comfortable visit!! Thanks Kim!!!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I fell in love with this property the moment I stepped into the house. I knew right away this was THE HOUSE! This place has so many original and beautiful features yet plenty of updates. The house has been exceptionally maintained over the years! The rooms and closets are large and there are plenty of windows to see the beautiful views. It has an amazing deck to enjoy it all! The living room has an awesome stone fireplace and mantel. It just has that cozy mountain feel you expect to experience when you come to a mountain town. I love the retro style kitchen with the vintage Wedgewood Stove. I think the guest suite is a really cool feature to the property. I think it adds some versatility and privacy. I was also very intrigued by the history of the home and its ties to the Elkhorn Lodge across the street. The location is perfect (so close to town and the park) and the lot size is large. All the other homes within site are nice. The views are incredible...there's not many places that have mountain and river views! I don't know what else to say...it's just the perfect place! It's also one level living...there's no big steps to have to climb, which is great for my parents! It's hard to find one level living in Estes Park. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the wildlife. The elk and deer seem to always be nearby and they are so fun to watch! One final note, I bought the place in the winter and had no idea until summer rolled around that the front flower garden is spectacular. It takes a lot of weeding and watering, but the flowers have been amazing all summer! LOVE THIS PLACE!
