This is a 4 bedroom house that will accommodate a maximum of 7 adults, however can accommodate up to 8 people with 1 being a small child if you are at maximum capacity. The bedroom configuration is as follows:
Downstairs Bedroom 1: Queen bed-can accommodate 2 adults.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed-can accommodate 2 adults.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed-can accommodate 2 adults.
Downstairs Bedroom 4: Twin trundle bed. This has a twin bed on top and a twin pull out trundle below. It ca accommodate 2 people.

Absolutely loved the inside of this house! Beautiful! We especially enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and the FLOOR WARMERS in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the 2 living rooms gave us lots of space. We also enjoyed watching all of the deer roaming the neighborhood. Great stay!

Family time in McCall

We enjoyed our stay in McCall. The house was perfect for our family if 7 plus a dog. Kitchen had everything we needed and bedrooms and bathrooms were great for all of us.

Great spot, close to downtown McCall!

We came for a family spring break ski trip, two adults and 3 adult-ish children. There was plenty space, a well -stocked kitchen, room for everyone! Several TVs, so no one had to argue over what to watch.Best of all, it was walking distance to downtown McCall, and an easy drive to both Brundage and Tamarack.

Great layout, close to town. We visited in winter, with all the snow felt very secluded in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean, well maintained. Would absolutely rent again!

This house was exactly as listed. So functional for our group. Nice layout, clean, two family rooms which was fantastic. 2 blocks from downtown. Would definitely recommend grabbing this house if available.

Great place to stay in McCall

The rental was perfect for our needs and allowed our family a very comfortable stay. House is updated and our older guests appreciated having a bedroom available on the first floor with its own bathroom. The property has been updated and felt very clean and welcoming. Location was great and within walking distance to town. We also appreciated the host’s fast replies when we were having trouble with the heating during our first night. Would highly recommend staying and hope to stay here in the future.

Excellent, clean, and plenty of space for a group to not feel cramped. Ample parking for truck and trailer but you may have to unhook depending on trailer length. Host was quickly responsive to all questions.

Summer Vacation

The inside of the property is gorgeous, and the location is close to town. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bowl of snacks was a great touch. Even though the weather was rainy, we enjoyed our stay. The deck and BBQ was nice when it was not raining. Plenty of room for my adult family of 6. Be aware the top bunk is only for a small child.

Super comfy house close to town and good for gatherings

We met several friends from all over for a week in McCall with our pups and used this as our basecamp. The house is well outfitted and comfortable - everything inside was in good condition. The outside is a little rough around the edges but the neighborhood was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a comfortable place to hang out with friends and go on adventures in the McCall area. The outside was not that useful due to the number of mosquitos and somewhat dated furniture with no place to dine but that was the only drawback. Town and the lake are very close by...

Great house

This house is great, it's very roomy and I love the layout, the master bedroom is off by itself on one end of the house. The toys in the kids room were a great touch too. The kitchen is big and easy to navigate, and it's very well stocked with seasonings and some basic pantry stuff like pancake mix, flour and sugar. There are 2 toasters and plenty of seating for a bigger group. My only complaint would be the old and rather worn out pans, we have a big family and I had to use 2 pans to cook for everyone because none of the pans at the house are big enough. But the heated floor in the master bathroom was amazing and the master bed is adjustable and very very comfortable. We had a great time at this house, and we will probably come back next year!

Nice and cozy

Great place to stay with multiple places to relax and hangout! My family had a comfortable stay using both the outdoor areas and indoors areas to spend time with each other. Since we cooked all of our meals it was important the kitchen meeting all of our needs, which it did. The location is within walking distance of the main part of McCall and in a quiet area. We really enjoyed our stay here and found it to meet all of our needs!

The perfect holiday escape!

We had the most wonderful Christmas at the Syringa House! My family came up from FL and requested a white Christmas and McCall did not disappoint. The location as beautiful and serene but still conveniently close to town. The property was recently updated and very clean. Comfortable for 6 adults and could have easily fit more. The property manager was very accommodating and attentive (even over the holiday weekend). We were so excited to see all the Christmas decor and felt right at home! Book now for next Christmas, you won’t regret it!
