Une maison d'hÎtes spacieuse de 1 200 pieds carrés sur 2 étages située dans une propriété fermée et calme située dans un quartier ancien et riche. Idéalement situé prÚs des studios Universal, CBS, Warner Brothers et Hollywood. De nombreux commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pied. L'aéroport de Burbank est à seulement 20 minutes. La maison a été récemment rénovée pour inclure des améliorations de luxe, notamment: des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, de nouveaux planchers en bois. Seulment les adultes. La maison n'est pas à l'épreuve des enfants.

A charming retreat

We couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. TenArches is ideally located in a beautiful and walkable suburban neighborhood. The Fuller guesthouse is designed for comfort and privacy. We enjoyed getting to know our host, who is friendly and accommodating. An ideal home away from home. We are beyond grateful for our stay!

Beautiful Guest House in Sherman Oaks with most hospitable hosts

Exceeded all of our expectations. Great location. The guest house was so comfortable, immaculate, and had everything one might forget to pack. The hosts truly went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Really felt sad leaving and saying goodbye to these very kind people.

Wonderful stay with the best hosts

This is the second time that I have stayed at Jerry and Annette’s place and it is wonderful. They are terrific hosts and the house is very nice and cozy. They have many kind amenities and I will look at staying at their place if available any time I’m in L.A. Grade A+

Fantastic Getaway

We had two couples share this terrific guesthouse. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, very walkable and easy to locate. Jerry and Annette were terrific hosts and very communicative. It was probably one of the most well-appointed rentals we have ever stayed in; everything was thought of. Highly recommended and hope to stay again.

Perfect Place

The house was spotless and the bedding was super comfortable (hotel quality)—something you don’t always find in a short term rental. The pool area was relaxing, no problem finding street parking, area felt very safe. Most of all, Jerry and Annette are a lovely couple and most welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again.

Ten Arches is the Best!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend to visit a sick relative. Jerry and Anette were wonderful hosts. Ten arches is a wonderful 2 bed 2 bath unit with a large dining room area and nice kitchen. It was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay with my brother. The Fuller's are very nice and showed excellent hospitality. I can say without doubt it is the best VRBO I have ever stayed at!

A magical place to gather with family.

My family came in town to celebrate my birthday and my mom's thereafter and we had such an amazing time. The owners Jerry and Annette were amazing in every way. The meet and greet to get us set up with the property was a memory maker as we learned about the history of the property and its amenities. They are such warm people and made us feel right at home from the get go. We felt like we made friends for life with these two. The property was so cozy and had everything we needed and desired. We loved being in the pool as well as our talking time in the gazebo for morning coffee. We thank you for your hospitality and welcoming hearts!

Just like Home

My family has stayed in over 15 VRBO properties, but this rental was by far the best. The owners, Jerry and Annette, were gracious, thoughtful people. The rental was fully stocked with everything that we needed (usually, we spend $100 equipping the rental). Also, the spotless rental is centrally located, parking was easy, and the neighborhood was safe. The Brock Family

Best hosts we have ever had.

Jerry and Annette have been the best hosts that we've had in the 15 years that we have been using VRBO. They've anticipated all of their guests needs and provided unexpected and greatly appreciated extras. Our young adult children really enjoyed spending time in the pool, which was clean and refreshing. I would not hesitate to come back on a return visit.

This property was absolutely phenomenal and the hosts were the best I’ve had since joining vrbo. This property is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a freeway. Jerry and Annette are wonderful and gave us a rich history of the property too.

Terrific Property and Hosts!

I wish I could give this property more than five stars! My husband Jim and I spent 10 wonderful nights in this immaculate, comfortable and beautifully furnished cottage. Annette is a consummate gardener (amazing roses), and Jim and I looked forward to ending our days of sightseeing by sipping drinks by the pool in the poolside garden. Jerry and Annette went well beyond typical hosts: the kitchen was well stocked with drinks, snacks and cleaning supplies, and the bathroom provided many fluffy towels, soaps and shampoos. The property was in walking distance to restaurants, street parking is easy to find, and the neighborhood is safe. An added bonus: Annette and Jerry are interesting and lovely people. We felt we made two lifelong friends. Jerry was a songwriter (he wrote Travelin’ Man for Ricky Nelson and songs for Gary Puckett) and was a producer for Glen Campbell and Johnny Mathis. We were thrilled to hear his stories. Thank you both!

Unforgettable stay ❀

Ten Arches was an amazing home for our family reunion. Jerry and Annette have thought of everything, it’s comfortable, we’ll furnished and the experience is 5 stars. It’s better than the pictures. The guest house is very private and calm, we had so much fun staying in the garden enjoying the pool, the barbecue and the nice flowers and birds. The neighborhood is lovely, groceries and shops are nearby. I also enjoyed running in the river walk, just minutes from the house. Thank you again for everything đŸ™đŸ»đŸ‘ŒđŸŒ

Home away from home

What a charming place! Just as pictured, so pretty, in a lovely neighborhood. Jerry and Annette were so welcoming and more than generous with snacks and drinks. They made us feel like we were visiting family. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool and just chilling out. Highly recommend Ten Arches, would love to stay here again!

An Amazing Stay with the Fullers!

Jerry & Annette were awesome hosts during our stay. They are warm and friendly. We loved every minute of our visit. There place had everything we needed, plus a few extras like Jerry provided us access to some of his recordings. Jerry is a truly gifted singer, songwriter, and producer. I highly recommend their beautiful home.
