Une maison d'hôtes spacieuse de 1 200 pieds carrés sur 2 étages située dans une propriété fermée et calme située dans un quartier ancien et riche. Idéalement situé près des studios Universal, CBS, Warner Brothers et Hollywood. De nombreux commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pied. L'aéroport de Burbank est à seulement 20 minutes. La maison a été récemment rénovée pour inclure des améliorations de luxe, notamment: des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, de nouveaux planchers en bois. This is the second time that I have stayed at Jerry and Annette’s place and it is wonderful. They are terrific hosts and the house is very nice and cozy. They have many kind amenities and I will look at staying at their place if available any time I’m in L.A. Grade A+

A charming retreat

We couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. TenArches is ideally located in a beautiful and walkable suburban neighborhood. The Fuller guesthouse is designed for comfort and privacy. We enjoyed getting to know our host, who is friendly and accommodating. An ideal home away from home. We are beyond grateful for our stay!

We rented this lovely guesthouse for three weeks during a home remodel. Jerry and Annette are the loveliest of hosts. Their home is clean, well-appointed and located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. It was perfect!

Perfect Place

The house was spotless and the bedding was super comfortable (hotel quality)—something you don’t always find in a short term rental. The pool area was relaxing, no problem finding street parking, area felt very safe. Most of all, Jerry and Annette are a lovely couple and most welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic Getaway

We had two couples share this terrific guesthouse. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, very walkable and easy to locate. Jerry and Annette were terrific hosts and very communicative. It was probably one of the most well-appointed rentals we have ever stayed in; everything was thought of. Highly recommended and hope to stay again.

Exceeded all of our expectations. Great location. The guest house was so comfortable, immaculate, and had everything one might forget to pack. The hosts truly went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Really felt sad leaving and saying goodbye to these very kind people.

Wonderful little spot!

I'm so thrilled with this property! Tow bedrooms both like master suites. For this little place it sure has a lot of room and all the amenities. Jerry and Annette are simply delightful people and go above and beyond. I think we've found our get away haven for when we come to LA. We will be back!

Ten Arches is the Best!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend to visit a sick relative. Jerry and Anette were wonderful hosts. Ten arches is a wonderful 2 bed 2 bath unit with a large dining room area and nice kitchen. It was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay with my brother. The Fuller's are very nice and showed excellent hospitality. I can say without doubt it is the best VRBO I have ever stayed at!

Best hosts we have ever had.

Jerry and Annette have been the best hosts that we've had in the 15 years that we have been using VRBO. They've anticipated all of their guests needs and provided unexpected and greatly appreciated extras. Our young adult children really enjoyed spending time in the pool, which was clean and refreshing. I would not hesitate to come back on a return visit.

Perfect Stay in Sherman Oaks

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Ten Arches. Jerry and Annette were great hosts. The property itself was ideal for us. It was exactly as described with a beautiful pool and backyard. The house was spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. In fact, when I asked for a special baking dish they ordered one for me. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful place

We came down to California for a wedding and were totally surprised with this VRBO. Jerry the owner was a gracious person and had supplied the unit with almost everything we could possibly need. Nice pool, chirping birds all day, quite and peaceful. My wife and I WILL come back to this unit. It was the best.

A magical place to gather with family.

My family came in town to celebrate my birthday and my mom's thereafter and we had such an amazing time. The owners Jerry and Annette were amazing in every way. The meet and greet to get us set up with the property was a memory maker as we learned about the history of the property and its amenities. They are such warm people and made us feel right at home from the get go. We felt like we made friends for life with these two. The property was so cozy and had everything we needed and desired. We loved being in the pool as well as our talking time in the gazebo for morning coffee. We thank you for your hospitality and welcoming hearts!
