Thank you for your feedback. The shower liner is being cleaned. There were a few water spots on it. The caulking around the base of the toilet could potentially need replacing. We are also addressing it and will have our cleaning crew take a closer look at it on their next cleaning.

Thank you for your feedback. We are always happy to provide extra linen upon request . This rental unit has a washer and dryer and laundry pods. If housekeeping was needed, we would recommend booking in a hotel or request for house cleaner to come by at your cost. The rules are on the VRBO website and posted on the refrigerator. Noise ordinance is clearly posted, quiet hours are very reasonable , complaints will be made when quiet hours are not respected as seen this past wknd during your stay. We also ask a few things to be done before vacating the property ( picking up trash, all used towels stacked on the front of the washing machine, running the dishwasher), nothing outrageous . The way you have left the unit after your stay, (pizza crust and chicken bones left behind the bed , trash on the floor, vomit on walls and floors, stained bedsheets and towels, greasy hand prints on walls, and more) I can see why this rental would not be a good option for your standards. As far as extra charge, excessive cleaning and damaged property will be taken off the deposit. Again, very common practice in the hospitality industry.
