Central location in Myrtle beach to the University, Stadium, Grocery Store, Restaurant, Attractions.

You don't need to spend a lot to get a lot. Come enjoy our new 1st floor (NO STAIRS) 2 bedroom/2 bath newly renovated condo in Myrtle Beach located at River Oaks II North Golf & Tennis Plantation. Enjoy a quiet morning with your coffee in a screen in porch with a view of the tall pines. You can wake up to the beautiful sunrise shining through the Living room windows of our end unit. We have Blackout curtain in the bedroom, for those who like to sleep in. Patio has been updated, freshly painted, all appliances, central air conditioning, carpet been cleaned and three TV. Movies and tape for the whole family. Enjoy all comfort of home and relax in a new recliner chair for a quiet evening. Ten minutes from the beach. Convenient to all attractions. Quiet neighborhood, well-stock condo, Outdoor pool, and tennis courts with rackets for you to use are just steps away. The unit is Fully Equipped for your convenience. We also have BEACH CHAIRS and Coolers for your days at the beach. Games for those rainy days. Forget any things? We have it for you. We have board games, books, movies, beach toys, a TV with a VCR and DVD Player, more are provided for you. All LINENS are provided for you, or you may choose to bring your own. Staying more than a week, want addition light cleaning, our housekeeping will help you that. Just let us know.

WEEKLY RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE.
Check-in 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
All renters must be 25 years or older to rent our home. Must be able to send a copy of their License when making a reservation.
All rentals payment goes thru Vrbo,
Sorry, NO Motorcycles, NO Pets. No smoking. And NO RVs/Trailers/Campers allowed.
Beds: 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Beds, 1 Sofa Bed, 1 Crib.
Maximum of people is six. no exception.
All cars must have a car pass, there only two cars per condo.
Remember to put all passes back in binder.
There is no refund because of Weather.
We been renting for 18 years, and providing a great, Quiet and clean place to stay, at a reasonable price.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, and they provided plenty of helpful information that made our stay easy and stress-free. The check-in and check-out process was simple and well organized.The property itself was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed. Good stay fantastic hoats

Hosts are very easily reachable and very responsive. The house is very thoughtfully stocked with all items you may need for vacation including games, beach chairs, DVDs and even VHS, well stocked kitchen and bathroom stuff. Location is good.

Beautiful, quiet place to stay in Mrtle Beach

The property was clean and every essential was provided. Quiet location. Lots of room. Close to Myrtle Beach attractions. Any questions I had, the owners answered immediately. Would definitely recommend!

Dance Competition start

We reserved this for about a week to participate in a national dance competition. The location was about 10-15 minutes from the convention center depending on traffic. 10 minutes or less to shopping and dining options. Plus plenty of options near the beach and convention center. The place was clean and quiet. Very relaxing, and cheaper than waterfront places near the dance competition. We had a good time and would love to stay again.

We offer a clean affordable condo to families for a memorable vacation. Families our everything to us.
We been renting for 17 years, and only one unhappy guest.
We been with Vrbo for three years,

We purchased in Myrtle Beach while on vacation 17 years ago. The area is quite located and is a short ride to all activities and attractions also restaurants.
10 min drive from the airport. It's also quiet area.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The condo is a first floor end unit with no stairs. We supply beach toys for the kids. Chairs, coolers and umbrellas for your stay.
Videos and board games for rainy days and a fully stocked kitchen.
We are location close to the University for those parent's who want to come see their children's. Also close enough to the Stadium for all kind of sports. Also close enough to the airport for easy travel.
