As it relates to the kitchen, our starter kit is complimentary and is only meant to cover your needs before you get to the store to do your shopping. We did provide; hand soap, sponge, dish soap, two dishwasher tabs, a roll of paper towels, and a kitchen trash bag. The kitchen was also stocked with glasses, dishes, and utensils, as well as basic cookware. We have however taken your comments regarding the kitchen into account and will definitely provide a better beach vacation for all moving forward. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us! Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. Regarding the hot water in the kitchen, the valve had been inadvertently turned off. Once we were made aware, we resolved the issue by simply turning it on again. As for the toilet paper, we provide one roll per bathroom, which is noted in the guidebook to help guests plan for their stay. Hi Mary, thanks for staying with us at this property. We are so haappy to hear thst you found the location great and that you found everything you needed for a beach house. On the other hand; we do apologize for letting you down in the area of cleanliness. Please note however that we received no complaints of this during the stay; if we did; we would have offered to send back our house keeping team to the unit. Despite the issue being highlighted after departure, we thank you for bringing it to our attention. We want to assure you that we are actively working and that our team has already made the necessary checks and changes to ensure that this will not be an issue for future stays.
