Beautiful Studio with Veranda
This "AA SUPERIOR" and "TGCSA-4-star graded" holiday accommodation is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Constantia close to Constantia Shopping Centre and Constantia Wine Route. You can rest assured because it has an alarm system linked to an armed response company and secure parking in a double garage.
Living room:
Very bright and friendly, west-facing one-room apartment in orange and dark brown. Comfortable (sleeping) couch with coffee table. Powerful AirCon system. Combined living room and bedroom with a king-size bed (2 separate mattresses) with side tables and bedside lamps, wardrobe, and large TV in front of the beds. The well-equipped kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a large combination of fridge and freezer as well as a 4-seater dining table. The double glass door leads to the veranda.
Bath:
Comfortable and bright en-suite bathroom with a large sandblasted window. Tiled up to the ceiling, in Mediterranean colors. Corner bath with hand shower. Designer basin and mirror. Shower cubicle in the corner with shower rose, hand shower, folding seat, and sturdy handle (also attached to the toilet). Fluffy towels provided.
Entertainment:
For entertainment, our guests have access to a 40 "Smart TV with an Internet connection, for which live streaming services and Netflix SA are already pre-assigned. Access to the Internet via fast WiFi (Fiber Optic, 200mbps, uncapped).
Outside:
Aa veranda illuminated at night, which is equipped with a 4-seater dining table, a stone bench with thick cushions, and 2 UV radiant heaters. A kettle grill is available. From there, you can directly access the large garden and the 45sqm solar-heated swimming pool. Here our guests have sun loungers and parasols as well as seating and a swing bench. The garden is illuminated at night with many lights and spotlights.

Parking space available in the courtyard behind a security gate.
