Fantastique maison de vacances près de la superbe plage et du golf

Skeabost est une excellente maison de vacances de plain-pied récemment redécorée et située au cœur de Constantine Bay, célèbre pour ses belles plages de surf (10 minutes à pied) et son parcours de golf de championnat (1 minute à pied) à Trevose. Le Trevose Golf and Country club dispose également de deux autres parcours, courts de tennis, piscine et massage et beauté. Skeabost est extrêmement lumineux et confortable et dispose de quatre chambres avec 1 chambre double avec salle de bain, 1 chambre double / twin avec salle de bain, 1 twin et 1 triple (lit superposé et un lit simple), une salle de bain familiale, une cuisine bien équipée, un salon avec TV, salle à manger / véranda, salle de télévision pour enfants avec une télévision de 55 pouces, un grand parking et des jardins spacieux et ensoleillés à l'avant et à l'arrière entourés de haies qui assurent une intimité totale. Douche extérieure. Il y a une excellente épicerie dans le village et Padstow, St Merryn et Watergate Bay sont à proximité.

Lovely clean spacious bungalow

The property was so comfy and we'll appointed, no short of home comforts. The beds were very comfortable and of a good standard. Would go again or definitely recommend.

Relaxing week

Nicer in reality than photos! Kitchen was best equipped one I’ve ever stayed in, right down to the Lavazzo milk frother. Space to spread out with two families, lovely easy walk to beach. Will definitely stay again.

It felt like home

A great place to relax in with everything we wanted. The only slight improvement is that as we get older we would appreciate a couple of comfy chairs that are not quite so low. A rail in the shower would make it safer. We had a fabulous week.

Casa cómoda y bonita pero poco cuidada

Casa y jardín bonitos y agradables con detalles de limpieza y cuidado poco acordes. Por ejemplo, bolsas y cajas sucias y medio rotas a la puerta de casa, decían que para la basura. Una de las cisternas del baño estropeada y medio arreglada de manera chapucera, el somier de una cama en mal estado.

Wonderful holiday.

Beautiful property with very large, secure garden for our dogs. This was our second stay and we will certainly be returning. Wonderfully placed for Constantine Beach and the little village of St Merryn.

Cosy and perfectly located

As soon as you step through the front door of Skeabost a sense of calm and comfort decended. The newly refurbished kitchen was well equipped and we really enjoyed eating in the conservatory looking out at the garden. The huge window seat in the lounge was a favourite place to read in the sunshine. The property was warm and the log fire was the perfect end to every day at Constantine Bay. Cannot wait to go back …

Christmas Break

The property was a lot bigger than it appeared in the advertisement. There was enough space for all 7 of us plus our 2 dogs. Loads of pots, pans and tableware.. loads of great beaches nearby plus a golf club on the doorstep.

“I’ll be back.”

Spacious bungalow with a large dog safe garden. We had a November stay and the heating was excellent. The large light conservatory was warm and great for the day and the two living rooms with big TVs were great for the evening. All the beds were comfortable. You felt like valued guests. The decor was good and not littered with ornaments which are a hazard if your dogs’ tails are active! The vacuum cleaner is good for clearing sand that thick dog coats soak up. The owner and cleaner were great for communication. It is not cheap, but you get what you pay for and it is not overpriced for what is on offer. Giving away my age, as Clint Eastward said, “I’ll be back.”

Great House

We loved this house, very comfortable and so nicely decorated. Great bathrooms and very well kitted out with a nice sunny garden. Very good position and close to Golf Course and the great Constantine Stores. Nice walk to the beach. Hope to book it again

Fantastic property in a perfect location

The property is in a fab spot and is a great choice for a family holiday. Plenty of space and bedrooms were a great size. Garden was fantastic for our children and dogs! A few tweaks with the general upkeep of the property and it would be perfect! (Some areas are a bit tired and need updating) we look forward to coming back again!

Great property, well equipped, perfect location

This was a very well catered for property. Spacious garden, very clean and comfortable, beach toys and body boards etc. My family loved this holiday. Very close to Constantine bay and Harlan bay which are lovely beachesand great for body boarding. Amazing bakery just up the road in St Merryn. Friendly golf club for non memebers 2 mins away. Couldn’t have asked for more. A really lovely place.

An amazing property perfect for a family Christmas!

Skeabost was everything we hoped it would be plus so much more! We booked it for a family Christmas - Grandparents, parents and one child with a visiting Aunt and nearby Uncle too! The house was spotlessly clean and so well equipped. We particularly appreciated the well stocked Welcome basket. The other real hit was the provision of a Television room. This catered well for our son who wanted to watch different things from his grandparents! The proximity to the wonderful beaches was excellent and the delectable treats on offer at Constantine Stores was outstanding! Communication with Danielle was outstanding and it was clear that she wanted us to be as comfortable as possible. The high quality furnishings and linen were recognised and appreciated and the provision of a Christmas tree and baubles was thoughtful. Thankyou for sharing your wonderful property with us. We would like to return!

Fantastic holiday home

The property was spotlessly clean and everything we could possibly need was there. We would certainly recommend to friends and will also add to our list of places to revisit. Only thing missing was a bit of sunshine!! Unfortunately that doesn't come with the property!!

A great place to holiday

A great family holiday location the house has everything you would want for your stay. Ideal location for families with dogs great beaches and costal walks nearby. The house is beatifully maintained great kitchen, games room and large enclosed and private gardens. Minor issues were address immediately by Danielle I would highly recommend Skeabost as an excellent holiday destination.

Skeabost is a comfortable and stylish holiday home. It offers a wonderful outdoor lifestyle particularly for those who enjoy the sea, golf and walking - at all times of year. The stunning beaches and scenery are an instant draw to visitors and we are lucky to have Constantine Bay beach a short walk from the house. The immediate area is greatly enhanced by the Trevose Golf and Country Club which has leisure facilities as well as a Championship golf course. Families, golfers, surfers, walkers and foodies can all easily be accomodated and enjoy what the local area offers. Skeabost is an extremely well equipt, comfortable, detached bungalow sitting in a generous plot. The garden offers a secluded place to enjoy the sunset, a glass of wine and BBQ while there is ample space for children to play. It should also be secure for dogs if they join in on your holiday.
