The Kids and had a wonderful time and can't wait to return!

This condo is walking distance to the beach a very convenient location . You could easily walk to the beach on two mins or even less , however we rented a golfcart and the beach access was less then 3 mins down the road! We love Port A and we love staying in the condos!

Great beach stay

Very clean, perfect size, had great amenities, and great parking! Our only recommendation would be to bring your own pots and pans as the ones provided look like they need to be updated. Other than that, it was perfect!

Great for a Getaway

Close to beach and town. Condo was clean, but smelled a bit musty (as other reviewers pointed out). Managers were very nice and accommodating for our late, after-hours arrival. Overall it was a great choice for our weekend getaway. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the short walk to the beach. Used the kitchen to make a crab boil! Loved the washer and dryer. Melissa was great! We will definitely be back!

Great beach get away

Great location, close to lots of restaurants, easy access to highway to Corpus/Padre Island, and a 3 minute walk and your on the beach!!! Check in and communication with the office was FANTASTIC. There was a hurricane coming and they were on top of everything. The condo had everything we needed and I would recommend and stay here again.

Quick get away to the beach

Although there are no views from the condo, it is just a short walk to the beach. Convenient to all of the fun, restaurants and attractions of Port A. The pool is just outside the back door. Parking is provided just outside the front door for loading and unloading. Overall nice stay.

Love the location

This was a perfect location. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The room was clean, nice pool area and check-in was the easiest I have ever had, nice people. If I say anything negative it would be to get a new couch, the cushions were pretty worn. I will stay here again on the future.

Definitely adding to our favs!

The location of this Condo was great. The layout of the place was great. We were not able to check in till super late but the property management company made accommodations for us to late check in. What’s underrated is the parking lot. The parking spots are spacious, so loading and unloading was easy! Overall 10 out of 10 from our family.

Great weekend getaway

Upon arrival we couldn’t get into the lock box but Melissa was so easy to get ahold of and was by in 5 minutes to help us out. Amazing location, can’t ask for better, safe neighborhood, and very walkable to the beach. Quiet apartment! Not the cleanest, but it had everything we needed and for a trip with 2 little kids, it couldn’t have been better!!!!

Loads of Fun at 5 o'clock Somewhere condo!

It was a perfect downstairs condo for 2 adults and 2 teenager's! Close to the beach and pool was right out the back door. We rented a golf cart and drove it all over the island! We will be back!!😍🌅👙🏖🌞

Excellent location. Nice pool in back. Close to beach. Pretty basic place but OK for price. Sofa/chair really old. Needs a good cleaning (floor, bathroom, tub). Maybe OK for "the boys", but not so much for those wanting clean and crisp.

Older building

Kinda had all the necessaries. Bed was good. Sofa seat was about 2 feet off the ground. Bring your own paper towels and coffee filters. Seemed to be clean, but old building and furniture. Won’t stay there again.

5 o'clock somewhere

This was a cute condo. Layout is actually really nice. Has a nice pool, can walk 3 minutes to the beach. Towels were nice, not those cheap ones you sometimes get. The Internet was spotty but we knew that in advance due to the proximity of the ocean and after all, we're not there to be on the internet. We're there to enjoy the ocean and we were there for the sand sculptures. We did go to a community theater which was a really good production of steel Magnolias. I would definitely rent this place again. It was perfect for just my parents and myself.

Just okay

Kitchen drawer was broken, door locks didn’t feel sturdy, bathroom tile was moldy, trash was still in the can upon arrival. Boardwalk has stairs so beware if you plan on using it with lots of stuff. Hosts did come help unlock bathroom door after my daughter locked herself in. AC was cold in bedroom but didn’t get as cold in the living room area. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, older property. Also the pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned in some time.

Nice place - some issues

It was a great location , had a little bit of a smokers smell and the vent of the ac return was dirty , we checked in friday very easily, spent the Saturday at the beach and when we came back around 9, there was water all over hallway at 1st I assumed it was from us and cleaned it up. But than I slipped and realized it was a lot more water than it should be. I called the office around 1030 and I told them I put a pot under the leak and understood they could not get anyone there that late at night. Maintenance showed up before we checked out and the whole ceiling tile fell and water was everywhere. We Hd to pack and move our stuff while tracking dirty water everywhere. He said he would come back after we were done.
