Magnifique appartement duplex avec deux terrasses privĂ©es en plein cƓur de SĂ©ville.

SituĂ© dans la rue Don Pelayo, Ă  quelques mĂštres de la CathĂ©drale, de l’Alcazar et des Archives des Indes, dans un quartier central privilĂ©giĂ© de la ville.

L’accĂšs Ă  l’appartement se fait par un petit escalier. Au premier Ă©tage se trouvent la premiĂšre chambre, une salle de bain complĂšte, un beau salon et la cuisine, Ă©quipĂ©e d’un petit rĂ©frigĂ©rateur sans congĂ©lateur, d’un lave-vaisselle et de tous les ustensiles nĂ©cessaires pour cuisiner. Au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage se trouvent la deuxiĂšme chambre, une autre salle de bain complĂšte et deux terrasses privĂ©es : l’une d’elles, de plus de 25 mÂČ, avec un coin salon et une salle Ă  manger ; l’autre, d’environ 10 mÂČ, avec deux transats parfaits pour prendre le soleil et se dĂ©tendre.

La rue Don Pelayo se trouve au cƓur du quartier de l’Arenal, considĂ©rĂ© comme l’un des meilleurs quartiers du centre-ville, entiĂšrement sĂ»r et trĂšs animĂ© pendant la journĂ©e. À proximitĂ©, vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants, bars Ă  tapas et terrasses, dont beaucoup sont cĂ©lĂšbres et traditionnels Ă  SĂ©ville.

Great location and very easy to find. The apartment itself had potential, but the odor inside was very strong and difficult to handle, which affected the overall stay. With better attention to this issue, it could be a much more pleasant place to stay.

This is a beautiful property very centrally located in the city. It is about a 3-4 minute walk to the cathedral and real alcazar. Shopping and restaurants are equally as accessible. The apt itself was immaculate and the bedrooms on separate floors was a nice separation for multiple guests. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked pretty well with basic amenities. The host even provided gift bags with coffee and tee for the stay. Check-in was pretty straightforward. WhatsApp was necessary for check-in.

The apartment was in a very convenient location yet just enough away from all of the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas that it was quiet. It was very clean, with well-appointed with furniture, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable mattresses and nice sheets and towels. They did a clean and refreshed sheets and towels mid-way through our stay which was unexpected and really appreciated!Booking the stay and communicating with the host was easy and prompt. They even allowed us to check in a little early which was super great after a long flight from the US.The terrace was nice though it was so hot when we were there, we did not get to enjoy it as much as we had hoped. As a bonus and since clothes driers are non-existent in Sevilla, the terrace was a great place to dry our laundered clothes!I would recommend this apartment!

One criticism

One criticism would be no smart tv. You’ve already got the internet and for those staying in an apartment it’s sometimes because they don’t always want go out in the evening. Otherwise might as well stay in a hotel. I feel it’s a small addition but a huge benefit.

Lovely, very central and well equipped

This is a really nice property. The stairs can be challenging after a long day sight-seeing but the proximity to the city centre is fabulous. There is an ever present niff of city drains but that’s what you get in the oldest parts of these cities. Also because of its wonderful situation there is plenty of noise from the bars late into the night. The beds are really comfy and the air conditioning worked a treat in 27C.

Fin lÀgenhet med extremt, otroligt bra lÀge i förhÄllande till Sevillas sevÀrdheter. Bra kontakt inför och i samband med boendet. Mindre bra var ett lite dÄligt utrustat kök och ffa att propparna gick nÀr man försökte laga mat samtidigt som air-condition var pÄ.

Sadly not a luxury apartment-could not have chosen a worse time to come as noisy roadworks all day

This apartment should not have been made available during this time as we were living on a building site. The road was having it's drains replaced but we had to endure pneumatic drills bulldozers and heavy machinery from 8am to 6.30pm every day including working on Saturday.

Modern 2-bedroom apartment with delightful terrace

The apartment was as advertised - beautiful, centrally located and with gorgeous outdoor space (terrace off the second bedroom). The apartment has two floors (2nd and 3rd floors using the American way of counting floors). The lower floor has a medium sized combined living/dining room, bedroom with queen bed, bathroom (not en-suite) and large kitchen. The upper floor has two twin beds that can be pushed together and a small bathroom with one large terrace and one small terrace. The style is modern and the location is central. It's only a couple of blocks away from the Cathedral and lots of restaurants and bars. The location is usually quiet - we only had one night where we heard noise from the nearby bar La Jolla - all the other nights were quiet. We had a couple minor maintenance issues that were addressed quickly. Communication and check-in were pleasant and easy.

Excellent location to attractions and restaurants.

Nice layout for two to four people but would prefer a queen bed in the 2nd level bedroom as it has two terraces and and great views. You can see the Cathedral steeple while laying in bed! Would also recommend a light over the dining table. Would rent it again!

Conflicted

I’m very conflicted writing this review. The apartment is lovely, clean and roomy. The location is absolutely perfect. You are steps away from the Cathereral, fantastic food and transportation. The apartment is located on a very quite street. The host and company coordinating the details were so accommodating and flexible with our arrangements and we were very appreciative. However, during our stay we did experience the garagabe/ sewer smells that really became powerful at times. The smell was primarily in the kitchen area and we could close the door..but it was definitely a drawback. We believe it was coming from the street. We never addressed this with the owner as we were just so busy during our days there. In the end, our family of 4 was split if we would return...hence...conflicted.

A good home base for two couples

Good location. Clean and attractive. Great rooftop terrace. Very responsive staff. Would benefit from WI-FI on the top floor, 4 cup coffee maker, and a way to bind the twin beds together for couples so you don’t slip into the crack in the middle of the night.

Great location

Very central, so easy to get to all the main attractions. Lots of steps to the apartment, but this kept us fit. The only thing we didn't like was access to the terrace is via the second bedroom, otherwise we liked it very much. Thanks

Lovely apartment in great location

Lovely apartment - great location very close to Cathedral, but very quiet. We had been concerned about possible drain smells - having read previous reviews - but had no such problems at all. The apartment was spotless and well appointed with two gorgeous terraces. Overall - very confortable indeed.

Excellent 3 Nights in Sevilla

This property has been nicely remodeled in a modern design. Whole still in the middle of the city center historic district. Short Walking distance to major points of interest. Be aware of need to go stairs ( no elevators ). It was fine for us. But could be challenging to some. Would stay here again without a dought. By the way. Taxes from train station should not cost more than €10. Be careful. Ask before boarding to avoid getting .... as we did by a taxi driver.

Excellent central location. Very clean and well maintained, comfortable beds and bedding. We had problems with smelly drains in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The managing agent responded v quickly and threw bicarbonate of soda down the drains. This did nothing to alleviate the problem. They also mended doors that would not close/lock. The heating is reverse cycle AC, thus up at ceiling level. The apartment took about 3 hours to warm up - we wore outdoor clothes in the evening - I would not recommend for a winter stay- I would imagine lovely in the Spring and Autumn

Centrally located and perfect for tourism

I think we premiered the apartment, because everything was brand new. The mattresses, the kitchen, the bathroom ... it was also very clean. We chose this apartment because we wanted terrace and be in the center, but we were surprised by the quality. Was recommended to us by the Agency Genteel Home among others also very nice, but I think we hit the election. We strongly recommend it!
