Cathedral PentHouse

Magnificent apartment right in the historic center of Seville.
It is divided into two floors. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room, and two bedrooms plus a bathroom.
#Room 1: Two single beds (90x200cm)
#Room 2: Two single beds (90x200cm)

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (150x200cm) and a full bathroom.
On this floor, we find the jewel of the house: a magnificent private terrace with exclusive views of the Giralda.

The apartment has an unbeatable location, right in the historic center of Seville. Just a few steps from the Cathedral, the Alcázar Palace, and the main tourist attractions.
Therefore, you can walk to all of Seville's attractions. It is also surrounded by bars and services, but because it is a pedestrian street and located on the second floor of the building, it escapes the hustle and bustle of the city center.

We have optional parking just a 7-minute walk from the apartment. The price is 15 euros per day. If you need it, please inform us with your reservation to check availability.

The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and everything you need to feel at home.

Clean, well appointed right in the heart of Sevilla. Within in walking distance to all the sights, great rooftop sitting area that has a view of the cathedral.

This was a great location, and we had plenty of space in the apartment. The terrace is amazing. Unfortunately the first two nights were rainy and cold, but the last two nights we were able to enjoy the view. Check-in was very easy and the host was great at answering any questions we had. Overall, the Penthouse met all of our needs, and I would definitely book it again.

Excellent host, beautiful little apartment in the heart of the old city. A bit loud on Saturday night but that’s to be expected considering it was a holiday. Would stay again. Great value.

Cathedral Penthouse was perfect for our family. Great location and views. It had all of the essentials. The apartment was clean. We only had one drawback. There was a damp mildew smell from the first level bathroom. Costanza was lovely, friendly and informative. Thank you

Our teenage boys loved the spiral stairs up to their room and the penthouse deck off their room. The bathrooms, loft bedroom, and living areas were unusually spacious for Europe. Nice central heating and AC. Well stocked with essential supplies. Initially getting into the building and apartment was tricky since we couldn't download the key-app. No deadbolt on the front door from inside the apartment.

The listing was accurate in regards to location and was decently stocked with supplies. Check in was easy and we felt safe. The main issue is that we rented this for a summer vacation in June and it reports having central AC. This only cools the two downstairs bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom and bathrooms are total hot boxes and completely unusable space. The living room was only slightly better and did not appear to have its own AC vent.When I reached out to inquire with the management, they made sure I had the AC set correctly and all the windows remained closed (which they were for our entire stay) but it didn’t help at all. When I inquired about possible compensation due to inability to use one bedroom/bathroom, they immediately became non-responsive. I would not stay here again with my family of 5. There are mainly choices available and they did not appear to have interest in our comfort during the stay. This is essentially a 2 bedroom/1 bath in summer with no view because it is too hot to open a window anyway.

we were very responsive all the time. The apartment has a common area right next to the living room. I think it's very opportunistic of them to ask for compensation.
