Quelah Condo 105 est situĂ© au centre de Sunriver. Le complexe Quelah Condo est sur Circle 3, la mĂȘme route qui vous emmĂšne Ă  la marina et aux Ă©curies Sunriver Horse. Il se trouve Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied du centre de la nature et Ă  environ 20 minutes du centre commercial. Notre condo a une vue imprenable sur le lac Aspen et le mont. Bachelier! Le patio arriĂšre surplombe le lac Aspen et une vue sur le mont Bachelor. Des cerfs, des cygnes, des canards, des oies et mĂȘme une loutre occasionnelle peuvent ĂȘtre vus. Les Ă©toiles la nuit sont incroyables! Ce condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain est entiĂšrement climatisĂ©. La chambre principale est bien amĂ©nagĂ©e avec un lit king-size et un mobilier en bois de manguier, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et un lecteur DVD. La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit queen trĂšs confortable et un lit simple, TV avec DVD. Les deux cabines de douche sont Ă©quipĂ©es de poignĂ©es pour faciliter l'entrĂ©e et la sortie. Salon trĂšs spacieux avec mobilier en cuir, TV plasma 42 pouces, DVD et connexion Internet sans fil. Il y a du parquet dans les piĂšces principales, des tapis dans les chambres, la climatisation centrale, un foyer au gaz, une nouvelle cuisiniĂšre Ă©lectrique Jennair et un grand barbecue Ă  gaz Weber. Chaque condo Quelah a son propre parking couvert privĂ© et un espace pour une voiture supplĂ©mentaire. Absolument PAS D'ANIMAUX DOMESTIQUES ET NON FUMEUR s'il vous plaĂźt!
Le complexe Quelah Condo dispose de trois courts de tennis privés, d'un jacuzzi, d'une piscine et d'une piscine pour enfants.
Le Sunriver Resort possĂšde un nouveau centre aquatique et de loisirs, des courts de tennis, des parcours de golf pittoresques, des boutiques, des restaurants et plus de 33 miles de pistes cyclables Ă  explorer.

Favorite location in Sunriver, love the lake view and quiet area. Condo was very comfortable, good beds. Kitchen was well organized and very well equipped, altho pots and pans are worn and could use an upgrade. It was clear the owner has taken care to create a home away from home.

Quelah 105 is everything I could hope for in a Sunriver getaway—and more. The condo is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials and then some: a well-stocked kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals, cozy blankets and comfortable beds for restful nights, plus games for quiet evenings in. The communal amenities—pool, hot tub, and tennis courts—add to the resort-like feel, making it ideal for both relaxation and recreation.The owners are always available to take care of any questions or requests.But what truly sets this place apart is its location and view. Just steps from the nature center, my daily walks feel like something out of a dream. From the deck, I love watching the steady stream of bikers and walkers pass by on the nearby path—it’s the perfect spot for peaceful people-watching with a cup of coffee in hand.And the view
 it’s simply breathtaking. I’ve stayed in Sunriver many times, and I can honestly say this is one of the best—if not the best—views in the area. From the living room, you can watch swans glide across the water, geese and ducks paddling by, herons standing tall, and deer wandering through the landscape. It’s like having your own private nature show.Sunriver holds a special place in my heart, and Quelah 105 is my sanctuary within it. I’ve stayed here several times over the years. Life threw me a curveball—cancer kept me away for a while—but I’m back now, and this sweet condo welcomed me like an old friend. I’ll absolutely be returning again.

Another perfect stay in Sunriver

This was my 3rd time staying at this condo. Everything was perfect as it has always been. Love the location, the quiet and the pool. Condo well equipped for anything you might need.

Magical Weekend in Sunriver

Our family of 6 had a fantastic stay in Sunriver. The condo was clean, organized, and had everything that we needed to enjoy the long weekend. The location made it convenient to walk or bike into the village, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the morning view from the deck was beautiful while drinking coffee.

Great stay in Quelah

We had a wonderful post-Christmas stay. The location is fantastic. Great views of Lake Aspen changing throughout the day. It is also very close to the mall. The condo had all the kitchen amenities needed and plenty of space for a family of 4. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We hope to come back soon!

Loved this place

We have frequented Sunriver for several decades and stayed at many properties- this one is one of the top locations for us. We loved the view of the lake- it was serene and quiet. And lots of walks on the paths around the nature area/observatory were beautiful in the snow. This compact and well-appointed place is ideal for a couple or two or a small family. The kitchen is well equipped as well. We will be back.

Birthday Getaway

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. The location and view from the condo couldn’t have been better.! We enjoyed watching the swans and geese. A stroll around the pond we spotted otters playing. Owner Chad was so helpful and kind with our numerous date changes.

Epic View!

Great stay and great views

Stayed for a wedding at Fort Rock park. This location is close enough to everything in Sunriver. The view off the back of the nature reserve is great. We enjoyed the space and that both bedrooms have their own bathroom. Living space is cozy and kitchen is a nice size. Other than needing dusting the unit seemed clean. Communication was A+

Peaceful View!

This condo is right on Aspen Lake. It’s a beautiful view. We loved sitting outside and watching the family of swans that live on the lake. It is very peaceful. It has a great location and is only minutes from all parts of Sunriver.

Perfection!

This was my 2nd time staying at this condo and I can’t wait to go back next year! Location is perfect. Kitchen has everything you need to eat in every meal, which I did—saves so much $$. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I love the back deck to sit out and enjoy the amazing view of Lake Aspen and all the wildlife!

Perfect location in Sun River. Good layout, nice deck, well equipped kitchen. Had a bump with the unit readiness from the cleaners upon arrival. Hosts were very accessible and nice about our concerns. Overall an excellent stay!

Perfect for both relaxation and recreation.

The view from the back porch is just as pictured, and “Gus” (a large resident swan) greeted us from the pond as we opened the screened doors to bask in the fresh air and sunshine. The walking/cycling trails are extensive (including unpaved mountain bike trails), and the location provides great access to the nature preserve just across the pond, the marina, horses, the river trail, golf, and Sunriver Village grocery, restaurants, and shops. Our only disappointments (which had nothing to do with the owners) were that the tennis nets were not yet up on the Quelah courts so we couldn’t play (pre-Memorial Day weekend) and there were two “prescribed burns” in the vicinity that limited outdoor activity on those days. That said, the beautiful location, well appointed condo, responsive owners, and many available activities promoting both rest and recreation are what we will again look forward to on return visits! Over the years Sunriver has become a respite from noise and busyness. Here we slow down and connect. We watch the sunrise and the sunset. We listen to the rustle of the wind in the leaves. We try. We have a full house of kids. We would love to share with you in hopes that you can rest, recover and enjoy each other and all the discoveries around you!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

For the view of course! Well, we love the pool so close by, and the swans for sure too. We love the fact that there is a hot tub available and near in the cold seasons. We love that the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is full of things you need. We love that there is room for kids, but also for couples as needed. We love the fire place and cozy blankets. The heat in the winter and the AC in the summer.

The view. Many Sunriver rentals are dark and under so many trees its hard to see the sun, here the light in the evening shines through the glass door and brightens the room. You can watch the sunset as you make dinner.
