Profitez de l'Arizona ensoleillé dans cette maison de plain-pied spacieuse et joliment meublée, 3 chambres plus une tanière, 2 salles de bain 1660 pieds carrés. Cette maison est parfaite pour vos escapades d'hiver ou d'été ou pour un besoin à court terme de logement dans le comté de Pinal. Les caractéristiques comprennent tous les appareils électroménagers, le carrelage dans la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon et le vinyle aspect carrelage dans toutes les chambres. Le salon dispose d'une télévision murale et d'un foyer électrique pour l'ambiance, et le canapé et les chaises sont tous inclinables. La chambre principale est très spacieuse avec un lit King size, une commode 2 tables de nuit, une télévision murale et un dressing. La 2ème chambre a un lit Queen avec tiroirs et table de chevet. La troisième chambre a des lits jumeaux et la tanière a un bureau pour votre ordinateur portable ainsi que des chaises confortables pour la conversation. La piscine communautaire est chauffée de mars à décembre. Le spa est chauffé toute l'année. L'arrière-cour est isolée avec des pavés en brique et un barbecue ainsi qu'une table et des chaises pour profiter du beau temps. Le parcours de golf de Dave White est à proximité. Great location for working in the north end of town; everything we needed was very close. Home is lovely and spacious, just needed basic supplies to be stocked (garbage bags, toilet paper) and some TLC/elbow grease as floors walls and blinds are too “lived in”. Very well priced. Stocked basics and a clean up would push this place to a 5/5.

Everything you need and close to everything

Beautiful house, fully stocked with everyrhing you could possibly need. Close to all stores, restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood, great community pool that we pretty much had to ourselves all the time. Very friendly and very fast responding from hosts. Would recommend to everyone.

Not sure what we could have improved or what they didn't like about the home. Without feedback, we can't make changes or improvements. If it only rated a 3 star, I hope they find a better 4-5 star place to stay, next time.

Wonderful place and location

This house is amazing. Everything about is was as described. It was very clean and well maintained. The communication between the owners and I was quick. They let me know right away there was a problem with the front door but I had no issues at all going through the garage. The kitchen had plenty of accommodations. I would stay here in a heartbeat. The only thing that I would have changed is the master bathroom shower could have been a little cleaner around the base with some caulking.

Thanks. You're correct. The caulking needs to be refreshed. Roger (owner) has had some major health issues but will get this taken care of soon as he is up and about.

Cases Grande graduation visit

The house was spacious and pretty well equipped with linens, appliances, cleaning supplies etc. Nice quiet neighborhood and located fairly close to the community pool. This property would work well for a family with three kids. Fenced in back yard. The only issues we had was the grill was dirty and my husband had to do a lot of scrapping and cleaning before he could use it. We had issues with the TV/streaming. We kept losing connection. An instructional sheet explaining the WI-Fi and TV set up would have been helpful. Other than those easily remedied two issues, we would recommend this property.

This is Roger. [owner] If you had issues with TV Streaming that would be COX. The only remedy would have been to Contact me to Call Cox. Maybe they were experiencing issues. A LOT of Construction and infrastructure going on in C,G. I do [did] have an instruction sheet on the coffee table on the TV. schedule. Moved??? I was sure I burned off and scrapped the Grill. You would not [I can not] believe how many people will Burn GREASY Steaks and then NOT Burn off and clean the grill before shutting it down. It really IRKS me. So when we get there to clean, it is JUST a MESS....I have to re-fire and get to an extreme heat to clean. But it takes a lot of time....So easy to do when shutting down as everything is HOT and easy to clean....as apparently your husband knows.. Sorry!

Home away home

We rented this house in Casa Grande for 6 weeks which was in an excellent location. The house was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a large office/den. There were great TV's throughout the house and convenient access to a lovely swimming pool. The hosts were very attentive when needed. This house is also located close to shopping and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Celebrated 49 years married (photo) Our children are grown and have families of their own (5 grandkids) We have 4 furnished homes in Chandler, Maricopa and this one in Casa Grande, plus other unfurnished ones. Sandy is a Realtor and property manager. Roger is in sales and we spend many weekends improving and updating our homes. Both our children have followed our lead and have invested in rental homes.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This home is nicely furnished with all the extras. Shaded covered patio in back with BBQ grill and room for dining and relaxing. Community pool is heated March- December and just a half block away. There's also a heated spa. It's on a quiet street with well kept yards and friendly folks. Casa Grande is a bedroom community, positioned between Tucson and Phoenix with many restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and "cheap" gas..
