The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project. Great value. Ideal for groups or a large family! This affordable Waikiki Banyan condo has a beautiful view of the city and Diamond Head, ample sleeping accommodations, and is one block from world famous Waikiki Beach. Decorated with bright island-style furnishings and local art, with a library of books on Hawaii and other fun vacation reading. Upgraded carpet and flooring.

Enjoy the convenience of preparing your own meals with a fully equipped that includes refrigerator, range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and other kitchen wares. There is a kitchen table with seating for four people to eat and share memories. Comfortable seating arrangement in the living room.

Convenient sleeping arrangements include a queen-sized and full-sized bed in the bedroom. Enjoy greater privacy with two separate doors to the bathroom. There is a hand shower for your comfort and convenience.

Love the place!

Easy check in and out! Very clean and a plus for free parking! Will definitely use the place again. Close to beach and lots of great food and shopping around.

Nice unit just as described

It was a nice stay. More than adequate accommodations. Bummer that elevator was being worked on creating LONG lines. Poor timing for the property to start work on a project that impacts the entire tower. Only downside is communication is SLOW.

Great location

Besides the delayed check in due to door locks and no wifi or tv for 2 days, no swimming pool or grill use private sunbathing due to remodeling at last minute. Was not told until week before trip!! Little out dated and in need of some touch ups in room. I had to buy some basic cooking supplies and leave them behind.

We love Waikiki Banyan but is sadly aging

We love staying at the Waikiki Banyan and have stayed many times pre-Covid19... the Suite is good for 4 adults or a whole family. Koko resort was good for 4 day towel & consumables + when fridge was making strange noises - they got a maintenance guy to look at it right away Would be nice if the Banyan or the Suite supplied a few umbrellas for thunder showers Overall - would recommend the Banyan and this Suite was very comfortable, convenient and the Cafe mow serves Dole Whip...!!!

Koko resorts are slow to answer there phones, was given wrong code for the door. Had to call multiple times to get right one. Room is dated. Location of condo is great. They charge for bbq , and you have to sign them out.

Really disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. The dishes were dirty and sticky in the cupboards, and the bathroom sink and shower drains were almost completely clogged. In the photo, you can clearly see four chairs at the dining table, but there were only three. I repaired the sliding doors between the bedroom and the living room myself. A broom was provided, but the handle was so dirty that we didn't want to touch it, and there was no dustpan available. It would be wise to change the direction in which the refrigerator door opens and remove the half-inch of grime on top of it. Also, if you need change to do laundry, expect to be served by a super depressed and unhelpful person at the front desk.The good point is the convenience of the parking and the place were the building is located.

Disappointing Stay - I'd Write more but not enough Characters

I was too upset to call during my vacation, so here are my notes: - We arrived to the apartment at 11:30pm, and after a long travel day, my door code would not work. After more than 10 calls, and several voicemails, i finally was able to get a hold of someone, but they guided me on how to reset the door code, and I had to manually do it myself. I felt defeated and restless, but thank you to the young man at the Banyans front desk who was also assisting 2 other families who had booked through Koko Resorts. - The bed closest to the window had a broken box spring under the mattress and anyone who slept with their heads against the wall, like normal, would sink in. Restless nights required THE WHOLE FAMILY to switch beds every night so each person could sleep on the NOT broken bed. Very embarrassing. - The room was not fully cleaned, and seemed as though whoever did "clean" the room before our stay just brushed the sand and dirt up against the wall near the refrigerator. - 2 Dirty, Crusty Towels were left in the storage cubbies in the bedroom, which also left me to believe that whoever cleaned, did so in a rush and did not look around or even count the amount of clean towels that we were given. - The shower head had so much grime on it, i tried to rub it with a sponge that i gave up from being so disgusted, and we used the center nozzle, by switching the water pressure on the shower head our selves, so we had some peace of mind knowing that the water was some what clean.

Obviously, we will send someone to check out the issues immediately. We want our future guests to know that we provide both a 24 hour phone number and an online method for making request including both maintenance issues and towel exchanges. Très bien situé. Il ne manquait rien en terme de commodité, sauf des capsules pour le lave vaisselle. Stationnement inclus est un gros plus. Belle piscine. Inconvénient: le frigo fait beaucoup de bruit. Il est en fin de vie, mais ne nous a pas empêchée de dormir. Je recommande cet endroit.

This place is old. Slider off runner to separate bedroom from living room. Slider off runner in bedroom. Bathroom toilet I fixed. The big reason I booked was for pool. Pool closed. I will be calling when I get home to be refunded partial. I am not the only customer that was dissatisfied. Stove top does not work right. Kitchen I felt was sparsely supplied The toaster is a joke. I was very disappointed. The bed was good. I have traveled a lot and was very disappointed in this booking.
