Great Ocean View / 500 pieds à la plage de Waikiki, 150 $ / nuit

Cette unité de coin de l'hôtel Aqua Pacific Monarch est au 20e étage. Les vues sont superbes et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est au cœur de Waikiki. De l'entrée de l'hôtel, il est à 500 pieds du sable de la plage de Waikiki. Ma mère de 87 ans avait l'habitude de marcher en 10 minutes. J'ai obtenu le condo pour que mes parents puissent visiter chaque année mais ils ne peuvent plus faire le long voyage à Hawaï. Donc, je loue le condo pour que d'autres puissent le visiter. J'espère que vous apprécierez votre séjour si vous choisissez leur appartement de vacances, mais respectez-le comme un chez-soi loin de chez soi.

Il y a de nombreux restaurants dans le quartier et l'hôtel est proche des lieux de vie nocturne et des magasins. L'hôtel dispose d'une salle de loisirs au dernier étage avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes Ko'olau. La piscine sur le toit et le bain à remous offrent également de superbes vues. Les parties communes de l'hôtel sont propres et soignées. Vous avez accès à toutes les commodités de l'hôtel mais vous n'avez pas à payer les frais d'activité de l'hôtel. Vous ne pourrez pas obtenir de serviettes de plage à la réception mais j'ai des serviettes de plage dans le condo. Je paie le Wi-Fi dans la chambre. Quelques autres commodités mineures de l'hôtel sont uniquement pour ceux qui paient les frais d'agrément tels que le journal quotidien, la navette gratuite pour Ala Moana, des chaises de plage (il y en a souvent dans mon condo laissés par les clients), du café dans la chambre et gratuit entrée à deux musées. Je parie que vous pouvez acheter ces commodités si vous le souhaitez pour beaucoup moins de 25 $ plus taxes par jour.

Il y a une petite mais fonctionnelle cuisine avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour économiser un peu d'argent en mangeant certains de vos repas dans le condo, tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Bien sûr, comme il est offert à un prix aussi bas, aucun service de ménage n'est fourni.

Interrogez-moi sur le stationnement. Le Pacific Monarch est un hôtel trois étoiles et pas directement sur la plage. Il y a des endroits plus luxueux mais beaucoup plus chers. Il y a aussi des endroits moins chers, mais pourquoi ne pas avoir une vue sur l'océan à un prix abordable dans un bon emplacement?

I’ve been fortunate that everyone who stays at my Waikiki vacation condo has taken really nice care of it. There’s no specific instructions but taking out the trash before you leave is nice.
The trash chute is on the left behind a door in the hallway as you walk out the door of the condo.
Also, please leave one of the card keys at the front desk so they know that you have left. Mahalo

The Perfect Location

We stayed a total of 7 nights at this location for our vacation. The places is in the perfect spot to visit all of Waikiki by foot and easy access to the beach. It had everything you needed for longer stays and you were in walking distance for plenty of shops and food. The pictures do you do this place justice and it deserves the high rating it has. Steven also had great communication and check in on us during our stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again

We had a stream less check in, keyless entry to floors, security, property owner, Steve, was fantastic, very prompt answering questions. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. I’d definitely recommend this unit. Only downside was ac but that’s not the fault of owner, he is in the process of getting new, it worked just not able to keep up with Hawaii heat. We loved our stay!

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at the property for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect place. The balcony was beautiful to sit out on and watch the sunrise or sunset, and the early surfers hit the waves. It had everything you needed, and the host Steven was great at answering questions and promptly providing suggestions. The property was as listed, and the rooftop pool area was also amazing. The location was perfect for strolling around Waikiki and getting to the beach among other locations. We would definitely recommend this location and try to book here on our next stay.

This rental was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable and close to everything. The views from the 20th floor balcony are amazing. Wonderful place to hang your swimsuit

We stayed for 10 days in Steve’s 1bedroom condo on the 20th floor. The views out the wall to wall windows are stunning whether it’s sunrise or sunset. Kitchen has all you need. Grocery store just down the block. Roof pool great way to either start or end the day. Fireworks visible from the pool deck. Bbq there too.

Great condo with great view

This was a nice clean condo with a great view. Even though the building is back from the beach, the unit has a good view of Waikiki beach. The covered lanai is a comfortable place to have a drink, meal, or just watch surfers. We could even see the Friday night fireworks at the other end of Waikiki beach over the buildings in between. Steve was a very communicative host who answered all of our questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Waikiki.

In the future won’t stay anywhere else! Very clean condo with huge lanai and panoramic views (ocean out every window)! Condo has a great layout and is perfect for 1-2 people- a new couch/ futon was comfortable for sleeping. Owner Steve was in regular contact with us making sure everything was as expected. Condo In a hotel building in Waikiki surf area- best access to beach, shopping and entertainment, great pool and community spaces with friendly and very helpful staff.

Great Condo

Location is perfect, view is amazing, check in process easy, communication with owner wonderful. Condo fit our needs perfectly. Air conditioning might not fit some peoples expectations but I found it comfortable and the fan in the bedroom helped during the night. Be sure and check out the storage bench on the lanai before purchasing anything as people, including us, left things for others to enjoy. Same goes for cupboards in the kitchen. Many shopping bags left too if you go to the grocery store like we did. Definitely plan on returning.

Well, Waikiki is the premier tourist area of Hawaii. It’s nice to explore other parts of the island but except for a couple of other resort areas, most tourists spend most of their time in Waikiki.

The condo is in the Pacific Monarch hotel, a nice part of Waikiki. It’s still like staying in the hotel, but the unit itself I think has more of a home-like feel.
