Petite maison sur l'Ă©tang.

Tout neuf! Cette petite maison se trouve Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d'un Ă©tang de 2 acres, dans un petit quartier, Ă  15 minutes de Brevard et Rosman. Il y a un porche couvert avec banc et, en bas des escaliers, un autre porche couvert avec balançoire et buanderie. Il y a aussi un petit quai dont vous pouvez profiter, alors apportez vos cannes Ă  pĂȘche et vos petits bateaux. L'Ă©tang peut fluctuer selon les saisons. C'est la seule maison sur l'Ă©tang et vous vous sentirez comme votre droit sur l'eau. Presque une maison de bateau sans les vagues.

Me and my dogs really enjoyed our Little House getaway. While I do wish the water in the pond had been higher, that’s not anything controllable, and the frog chorus while we sat in the swing and watched the birds made up for it. You can tell a lot of love went into this place and I would definitely stay here again!

We really did enjoy having adventures here. The inside of this home is the most cozy, clean environment. It’s just fun to be there. If you like nature and enjoy the simple life this is a wonderful getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay with, Jessica. Her and her husband, Levi were great! The only problem we had was the lack of a pond. But, the local waterfalls made up for that. Haha will stay again.

Beautiful, cozy, getaway

This was the perfect destination for a getaway. There are tons of trails around, if youre into hiking, but also nice seating areas on the property if you want to enjoy the outdoors and stay stil. It was just enough space, and had everything I needed. Tbh, the pictures really dont do it justice! Will certainly be ba k.

This was a very well done little house. It is good for a weekend but tight for much longer.

The owners are lovely and this little house is well made. It is tight but we spent most of our time out of the house. We had an issue and Jessica handled it immediately. For a couple on a weekend get away it would be nice. It is about 15 minutes from town.

A haven from a day of hiking

The Little House on the Pond was an oasis. It is secluded and quiet and we felt safe in the area. Everything was clean and the property was well maintained. The water level was low in the pond so we expected the mosquitoes to be crazy but they were not. We sat in the swing on the porch each night reading, talking about our day or just watching the fish and a couple of turtles. A most enjoyable stay.

My family is from here, my husband was born and raised across the pond. I was raised in Balsam Grove. We feel extremely blessed to have the opportunity to have grown up here and now get to raise our family here too.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You're welcome to use our Paddle boat, as long as you put it back. There are some life jackets and pond towels in the laundry room.
Dupont, Pisgah national Forest, and the East Fork River are not far away to enjoy biking, hiking, and fishing.
