Nice Family Friendly Spot

The room was just right for us. The pool and hot tub was a hit for the kids. The breakfast and social for dinner was really nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. The area was easy to get to off the interstate and close enough that you could get the downtown places within 5-7 minutes. The parking was private and glad it was available.

Molly the manager was super as well as the other staff! We loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Felt very safe and clean. Breakfast was delicious and ran smoothly. There was also a social hour mon - wed with beer / wine / appetizers. Very family friendly and in a great location. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location and great features

Overall the process of everything is easy and quick! The pool is nice and there’s great parking. Breakfast every morning is also good! Room could have been a little cleaner. There were dirty clothes left behind from previous people in some of the drawers and some of the walls were a little dirty but overall the room is very nice.

Wes the Mgr was friendly. I could never get staff to answer phone before arrival. Floors in lobby and elevator stayed dirty. Tge breakfast on Friday was horrible egg omelette over cooked bacon very thin and greasy. Saturday served sweet potatoe chunks not cooked enough and nobody eats sweet potato for breakfast. By pool shower area dirty and mold. Pool not heated jacuzzi was too hot. Room had roaches so I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room. Today a woman with 2 large dogs was allowed to enter breakfast room and that was not safe it could have been dangerous and not hygienic the black man at desk came to see her and the dogs he just watched and did nothing. I was not happy with that. I asked this man at desk to light fireplace since it was cool with people using exit door in the dining area but he never did. He just acted like he wasn’t the person to flip in the switch for fireplace. We were glad to leave.

Great Breakfast

We enjoyed our breakfast, comfortable beds, and being close to what we needed in town. We did not know there was not an oven until we got to the rental. Customer service was excellent!

Very nice hotel

Will be back in the near future everything in walking distance downtown Chattanooga but also have a free shuttle great location staybridge suites
