Cette unité fait partie des condos River Gorge nouvellement construits. Les condos sont juste sur la riviÚre Tennessee. Vous pourrez profiter de la vue sur les gorges du Tennessee et les montagnes environnantes! C'est un endroit parfait pour un week-end de détente! Il y a aussi une compagnie de location de kayak / pagaies à cÎté, River Canyon Adventures! Nos locataires peuvent y aller gratuitement tant qu'il y a suffisamment de matériel disponible. Les pourboires sont appréciés des travailleurs. Gary offrira également un ponton gratuit si le bateau est disponible! Nous pouvons également offrir des rabais de réservation de derniÚre minute pour toutes les saisons sauf l'été et les vacances!

Le condo a tous les nouveaux appareils de cuisine. Le salon dispose d'une télévision intelligente de 55 pouces avec cùble et wifi. La chambre a également une télévision intelligente! Il y a aussi un grill communautaire qui est disponible pour utilisation!

Si vous aimez l'eau, nous avons un tout nouveau quai Ă  bateau Ă  impĂ©riale! IdĂ©al pour la pĂȘche, la natation ou la plongĂ©e en kayak! Le toit est un endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter de la vue et du soleil! Nous avons Ă©galement un nouveau bateau ponton disponible Ă  la location! Le bateau coĂ»te 150 $ pour une demi-journĂ©e et 250 $ pour une journĂ©e complĂšte plus le carburant.

Notre emplacement est à quelques minutes de superbes sentiers et autres activités si vous aimez le plein air. Prentice Cooper est à seulement quelques minutes et Signal Mountain est à seulement 10 minutes! Les deux ont de grands sentiers avec des vues de bluff! Nous sommes également à seulement 10 minutes du centre-ville de Chattanooga. Il y a de nombreux excellents restaurants, l'aquarium TN et d'autres attractions touristiques.

Fall Break

Great place and location. The views were beautiful. We were able to paddle board and enjoy the water. Visited Chattanooga a couple of times and the drive there was short and easy. Everything about the condo was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect river view. Great deck on top of boat dock for evening relaxation. Close to everything. Check out River Drifters on Suck Rd. Few minutes away, great food.

This clean condo had updated fixtures and was spacious. We loved seeing the river and hiking on Signal Mountain which was just 10 minutes away. Though the kayak rental is not included, the discount makes it very reasonable; we were quoted $20 for a day.

Great time

All was as described in the listing. Easy check-in and out. Gary was helpful and prompt in seeing to a couple of requests. All went very smoothly. Great location and views, good amount of kitchen and bath items, comfortable bed, quiet. Good deal as well on rental kayaks next door. Would recommend this condo!

Short getaway

The place was awesome. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer. Overall we loved the place. We did have to leave a day earlier than planned because severe weather knocked the power out. Just an act of nature.

15th wedding anniversary

This beautiful condo was just the quick anniversary getaway that we needed. Ziplining, rock climbing, happy hemp, and amazing restaurants were on 15 minutes away. The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Waking up the view of the river was so peaceful. I made a big breakfast for us, and we sat on the deck to eat every morning. Check in was easy. The owners were there to help us find the right condo. I would say please list the condo number on the reservation, just in case you aren't there. The kayaks were right next to us. $40 rental for our entire stay. This was by far one of the best, most peaceful, go with the flow trips we've ever taken. Let me know if you're selling one of the condos. I would love to buy one from you, lol. Definitely eat at Scotty's on the river. Their food is divine! Don't keep looking! Get to booking! You won't regret it!

Beautiful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The scenery was fantastic. The condo was very clean and well laid out. We utilized both air mattresses in the property. One was in good shape, the other didn’t hold air. Even though there was only one bedroom there were plenty of places to put air mattresses to accommodate our family. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We enjoyed the views of the river and utilized the paddle board and kayaks from the rental next door. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and the bank. The upper-level deck on the dock was so relaxing and breath taking. We wished we had more time to stay and explore the river on the pontoon boats. Our check in process was super easy. The location was great, close to restaurants and stores. My only suggestion would be to add a few items to the kitchen, like a wire whisk, a spatula, mixing bowl, and a 9x13 pan. We are really hoping we can get the opportunity to come back!

I've been in real estate for over 30 years. I've done rental properties, flipped houses, and managed commercial real estate properties. I've had this property for 10 years and finally got to build these wonderful condos in 2016. I grew up in the Chattanooga area and use to live in the apartments next door and the house a couple houses over. I've seen the Chattanooga area grow and develop over the years and I'm wanting the River Gorge area to be one of those areas to improve. My wife and I live in one of the units and are son also lives in one of the units.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Imagine waking up and looking out the window and seeing Elder Mountain with the majestic Tennessee River flowing around it. Then going on the porch with a cup of coffee to enjoy the magnificent TN River Gorge and the relaxation you need. The scenery and things to do on the river last through every season of the year. There's fun in the sun during the summer, viewing the colors on the mountains in the fall, the peacefulness and seeing the mountains formations without leaves in the winter, and enjoying just being outside during the spring. There's a fire pit for the cold months and the boat dock has a roof to chill on during the warmer months. We also have a big yard if you want to bring games or play anything outside. My family and I also live at the condos, so if you ever need anything we're not far away. Come enjoy the TN River Gorge!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This is a very unique spot in several different ways. The location feels like you're far away from the city and the rest of society, but in reality you're only 5 minutes away from stores and places to get some food and only 10 minutes from downtown Chatt. Another benefit is our boat dock is one of the most peaceful places to sit on. Try to snag the rocking chair on top and just sit and enjoy the scenery. If it's the summer you can also jump into the water from up top. The last benefit is if you're a nature lover. The scenery is pretty tough to beat with the mountains on both sides of you and a river flowing through them. We are also 20-35 minutes away from different hiking trails that have aerial views of the River Gorge.
