Ce confortable condo 1 chambre, 1 1/2 salle de bain est parfait pour une petite famille, mais peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec 2 lits queen dans la chambre principale et 1 canapé-lit queen dans le salon.

Il s'agit d'une unité au 1er étage (2 marches plus haut) avec un grand balcon en bord de mer avec une vue limitée sur le salon. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée mise à jour, 2 téléviseurs, 2 DVD et laveuse / sécheuse, tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour profiter de votre temps à la plage.

This property was PERFECT!! Not one complaint, highly recommended, great location, clean, quiet, having a washer and dryer was fantastic, kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, couch was very comfortable, pool was crystal clear and very nice, we Wil most definitely be back!!!

We had a great stay! The place was very spacious and conveniently located a short distance from the beach. Parking was easy, and our room had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the porch — being so close to the ocean made it a perfect spot to relax.Our only minor complaints were that the front door had an unusual layout, which made getting in and out a bit awkward, and the guests upstairs were a bit noisy at times. However, these were small issues in an otherwise excellent experience. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

While on vacation one member of my group experienced a medical emergency and was in surgical ICU. We stayed at your property for him to recuperate. We checked out after 3 days of our 7 day rental to return to Massachusetts. It really wasn't enjoyable time for any of us. Once he is fully recuperated we plan to return to your property

Cozy condo

The unit was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen has everything you need. Beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve slept in when away from home. The bedroom is right next to the pool, however, that did not bother us at all. Would recommend to anyone.

Nautical watch

We had a great time this week. The room was nice. Just the right size for us and very affordable. Had an issue with the glass sliding door not wanting to open and maintenance came quickly and fixed the issue. My only complaint is whoever was staying above us were not mindful of who was under them. They sounded like a herd of elephants from 7am til about 11 pm.

We stayed at this property for our beach vacation and found it to be a pretty decent stay. It looked as advertised online. The condo was mostly clean but definitely had some areas that were a little dated and could use deep cleaned. Having an extra bathroom was a nice benefit. The location of the condo was very close to Barefoot Landing, which was a benefit for us. This bedroom is very close to the pool so if pool noise bothers you, you would want to choose another place. This is a first floor unit so you aren’t able to see the ocean from the balcony because the dunes are blocking the view. Overall we enjoyed staying at this unit.

Furniture is old and faded, wasn't comfortable sitting directly on couch so we put a sheet over it before we sat. Pictures made it look better than it actually is.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off the pictures they have posted is not what the place looked like. The porch (which you can't see the beach from) was falling pay,the porch furniture was old and breaking. The whole place was just out of date! My son got dropped off a blow up bed since the pull out was broken. We went to put sheets and blankets on the thing and boy did the sheets and blankets stink! Another thing,with using an air mattress, we couldn't use the living room. Too much blowing up and taking down. This year was one of the least relaxing experiences I've had in Myrtle. We even left a day early. Lost my money, of course they don't give refunds back for unhappiness.

Terrible apartment....terrible service!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This stay was a nightmare because of the upstairs neighbour from ****! She was stomping her feet like an elephant from 6am in the morning. The unit is very old and wooden......you have no escape from the creaks and the noise but her stompings what caused the unbearable satiation. The agency was not doing anything about it saying they have no control over it. This place is not rentable and should not be rented. If you are on a vacation for a peace and a quiet then just forget about it! The bedroom is also next to the pool....from very early mornings till late evenings the noise and shouting and people will never stop! On top of all these there are renovations on the external of the building! Banging, drilling and so many man walking outside your balcony, some days you cannot even open your curtains. This was the WORST ever expererience! Do not use this agency....they simply do not care and never willing to compensate!

We tried to use extra cushions from the love seat but were pretty grossed out by the stains and food that was underneath The beds were not comfortable. The distance to the beach was wonderful. The kitchen was clean. The powder room floor was not overly clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean unit. Easy check in. When we arrived Sunday night the electricity in the bedroom and half bath did not work. Checked the breaker but still no power. Reported to North Beach Realty first thing Monday morning and they sent a maintenance man right out to check it. After determining he couldn’t fix it, he said they would have to send an electrician out. The electrician didn’t show up until Tuesday afternoon about 4:00pm. He worked on it about an hour and repaired it. I understand problems it was just a little bit aggravating for my two teenaged daughters sleeping in the bedroom and trying to get ready to go out with no electricity for that period of time.. Other than that, enjoyed the condo, Would definitely stay there again.
