Le Waterpointe 1 est situé dans le quartier paisible et familial de Myrtle Beach Nord, à Windy Hill. Il dispose d'une piscine intérieure chauffée, d'un bain à remous, d'une piscine extérieure, d'une piscine pour enfants en plein air, d'un espace de grillades avec tables de pique-nique et de deux terrasses. Le hall d'accueil spacieux est équipé d'un coin salon, de tables, de chaises et d'une télévision. Nous sommes à moins d'un kilomètre et demi de Barefoot Landing, d'Alligator Adventure, de House of Blues et de l'épicerie Bi-lo. Great Beachfront condo

The place is a perfect beachfront apartment. Excellent sleeping options as well as parking. The host is easy to contact and accommodating if needed. I would stay here again!

Enjoyed a great Thanksgiving stay with friends

The condo was well equipped for our Thanksgiving feast! Enjoyed a great time with friends. The view was incredible and folks at the building were super friendly. Would recommend to others and will stay here again.

Great vacation!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! They even had toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee and other little things to get you started in case you don't want to go to the store first thing. The beds were very comfortable! The location is perfect and the building was very clean as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this place! The location can't be beat - right on the beach and in the middle of serious shopping and restaurants. We will be staying here again!! We also loved the feeling of security with the building codes!! The condo had lots of room and functionality!

Beach vacation

Fantastic condo for our beach vacation. Great location, perfect size for our group of 5, quiet corner unit with great views. Pools were never crowded. Many good dining options and family friendly attractions nearby. Great communication with owner and prompt with all answers to our questions. Will absolutely stay again.

It was a lot smaller than expected, so was the balcony. It was very clean and had everything that we could have wanted in the kitchen. The hot tub was warm but the jets wouldn’t work. I wish the inside and outside pool stayed open later. But the biggest problem for us was that it was very cramped. Great company to rent from though!

Chelsey, thank you for your feedback and I am happy to see that you found the residence provided everything you expected and was clean. Clean is the most important thing to guests. As for the space we have many many reviews where guests state that there was plenty of room for their families and we also have some that mention it was not what they expected space wise. Our listings provide details on the square footage as well as photos of each rooms so help guests visualize the overall size. However, it is easy to be overwhelmed with so many properties to choose from and pretty soon they all look the same. In the future if you would consider renting from Happy Crab Vacations again we do over condos that are almost twice the square footage as where you stayed so maybe that would be a better option for your family. Also we encourage all guests to make use of the facilities support line if something is not working whether it is a burned out bulb in the hallway or an issue with the hot tub. I contacted maintenance and they have no reports of any outages or any calls reporting issues. Awesome getaway

Very nice condo with all the furnishings needed for a weekly stay. Everything was clean and orderly upon arrival. Communication with the owners was top notch throughout the booking process and instructions were easy to understand. We had a stress free week and will definitely look here for our next vacation.

It was the perfect vacation!!

By far, one of our favorite vacations! We had the best views of the ocean AND I could see the fireworks over at barefoot landing lol. They condo came with everything we needed and was very clean. We never had far to travel if we wanted to go do any shopping, or wanted to go play a round of mini golf! We really enjoyed our time and can't wait to make a return trip!

Thank you for feedback and happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. As for "deep" cleaning. Deep cleaning is the process of moving all furniture, cleaning walls, baseboards, etc. This takes place 4 times a year and due to time constraints does not occur during the height of peak season.

Clean oceanfront condo

Great location in NMB in a clean, well equipped unit. Randy was wonderful and easy to work with. Nice indoor and outdoor pools and steps to the beach. Unit is a bit dated (carpet, bathrooms and kitchen) which was the only factor in 4 vs 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to review you stay with us. You are correct, the building is approaching it's 40th anniversary and some units are less updated than others. Our goal is to make sure all units, remodeled, original or somewhere in between are clean and comfortable. A lot of owners reinvest annually and unit 907 in which you stayed actually purchased all new living room furniture this year as well as a new (very expensive) air conditioning system. I think you will agree that the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach where we are located is hard to beat, close to everything but yet located on a quiet street with very little traffic, noise, and congestion. Relaxing Vacation

Condo is lovely. The complex is quiet and everything that you need is in the unit. Property management is very helpful. The Keurig wasn't working and they replaced it the same day. If only the balcony was a tad larger. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The pictures were accurate. The kitchen had everything you needed to stay in and cook. We really enjoyed the views of the beach. We also enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools while we were there and they were not busy at all which was nice with covid going on. We really appreciated that the condo also had some extra beach chairs and umbrellas that we were able to use. The building was clean and there was plenty of parking. We definitely would come back and stay here again!

Perfect

This rental was just as described/pictured. It was very clean, well stocked, and adorably decorated. It’s in a great location with parking on site. The view from the balcony is magnificent. The beach itself it fantastic. The check in process was a breeze. Randy was very helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. North Myrtle Beach is gorgeous and peaceful. We will be back to this property!

Great Vacation!

This condo was perfect for the 7 of us. The Communication With the owner was amazing he always got back to all my emails quickly. No issues with checking in and the condo was just like the pictures. The only issues we had was the queen bed was not very comfortable and every time you moved it was very loud, my husband couldn’t even roll over without waking me up. The view was amazing, the building is well taken care of and the pool was super clean. We had a great stay!

Best vacation!!

The condo was great. We stayed in 907. It had everything you would need. The shower pressure was good and we always had hot water. Great location right on the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and nicely decorated. My granddaughter loved the pools. It was quiet also. We never heard anyone else while in the condo. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again and again. Thanks Randy and Debbie for the great accommodations!!
