Ce bel appartement 1 chambre moderne est fini à un niveau élevé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il est situé dans des jardins tropicaux bien entretenus et à 2 minutes à pied de la plage. Une promenade de 10 minutes vous amÚnera aux nombreux restaurants, magasins et formes de vie nocturne que vous pourriez souhaiter. Le supermarché local est à 2 minutes à pied. L'appartement a récemment été entiÚrement rénové et dispose d'une toute nouvelle cuisine entiÚrement équipée comprenant un four et des plaques de cuisson, un réfrigérateur et un congélateur.
Le complexe est situĂ© prĂšs de l'hĂŽtel San Antonio dans un complexe paisible. Sur le complexe, il y a deux piscines et avec une abondance de chaises longues et de parasols, cela en fait l'endroit idĂ©al pour des vacances reposantes. Avec l'aĂ©roport Ă  seulement 10 minutes en voiture et toutes les principales attractions touristiques de Lanzarote Ă  portĂ©e de main, c'est vraiment l'hĂ©bergement parfait pour des vacances rĂ©ussies. L'appartement a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris une salle d'eau avec douche Ă  l'italienne en marbre, sĂšche-cheveux et lave-linge. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec four, plaque de cuisson, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. congĂ©lateur et micro-ondes. Une tĂ©lĂ©vision connectĂ©e de 40 "sur le mur, plus un DVD avec des films pour votre plaisir. MAINTENANT AVEC WIFI PRIVÉ - frais payables.

Loved our stay, everything as described, fabulous location as we know the area well.Full size cooker a bonus although I didn’t use it
.like to eat out. Toast was my strength a few times lol. Fans a bonus and didn’t use the air conditioning unit so can’t comment.Such a friendly little place and other guests/owners were lovely. Would definitely return, thank you.

Nice location in a well kept complex

Small compact apartment that has been refurbished nicely but could do with some updating here and there since refurbishment, such as the chairs on the patio the seats of which are small, short and uncomfortable. The bed linen and pillows could do with renewing also.Tv! Live BBC, ITV, channels were mostly unobtainable. Otherwise a very pleasant stay in a nice apartment in a pleasant complex with a nice pool and poolside and we look forward to returning in February.

Very good facilities and some very good restaurants and bars close by.

Apartment was clean and tidy, and the access to both the park and the property were very simple to use. Feel that twin beds would be more comfortable due to the heat. Unfortunately the ceiling lighting in the bedroom was not working, but the fan was.

We had a lovely week in the property. It was spotless and anything you need was there, even things I wasn’t expecting like sun chairs for the beach. There is one thing that would make us think twice about returning, that is no AC.. It was quite difficult to sleep at night with the heat & leaving windows & door open cause noise issues.

Apartment suited our need although it did seem a little “ tired”.Bedroom light not working and extension cable for bedside light not long enough to stretch to window side of the bedroom.These things were not reported because of a previous occupant who had an oven problem which was reported but no action was taken

Number 14 is well placed within Playa Park. It is always spotless and well equipped. We feel at home straight away. We have stayed a number of times and are already booked for 2025!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I bought this property in June 2015 after staying on the complex a few times. The apartment has been completely refurbished and modernised with all new furniture and appliances, lots of hard work and lots of love.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Bedrooms: Queen size bed & modern fitted mirrored wardrobes, a safe is fitted for your valuables.
Bathrooms: Luxurious shower-room with walk-in shower, hairdryer and washing machine.
Kitchen: Brand New April 2019 inc. oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you need for a self-catering break.
Living area: In the lounge is a large sofa. A 40" Smart TV on the wall with Firestick. A DVD player and a number of movies.
Cleaning/towels/linen: All bed linen, bath towels are provided. The property is cleaned for every new arrival. An additional mid-stay clean and linen change is available on request for a small charge of ÂŁ400.0.
Check in arrival time is 2pm and check out is promptly at 10am on your departure day.
