Bienvenue à l'unité 251! Une belle unité de coin toute neuve en location en 2020. Les vues de ce joyau du 5ème étage sont
mourir pour!! Non seulement vous surplombez le magnifique Ocean Course, l'océan Atlantique est en plein effet car la propriété est perchée agréable et haute au 5ème étage.

En entrant, vous vous sentirez ce condo est à la maison loin de chez eux. Les propriétaires n'ont épargné aucune dépense avec l'ameublement et la décoration de bon goût. Vous trouverez des tonnes de lumière naturelle sur tout le côté ouest de la propriété car ce plan d'étage d'angle possède des fenêtres pendant des jours! Profitez des couchers de soleil incroyables depuis le patio!

Une Suite King Master en peluche réside à l'arrière de l'unité avec une énorme salle de bain principale. Vous allez adorer la fenêtre d'image permettant des vues magnifiques et la lumière naturelle. La 2ème chambre de la Reine est un plan d'étage préféré avec salle de bain complète en suite - agréable et privée !! La 3ème chambre dispose de deux lits jumeaux et. La 3ème salle de bain est juste de l'autre côté du couloir. Pour plus de commodité, un pack-n-play est là pour vous!

Cinnamon Beach getaway

Condo was quite clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped with all needs satisfied, The grounds were well maintained and our grandson enjoyed the pool and exercise room. Enjoyed very much our stay at the Cinnamon Beach Condo!

Never disappoints!!!!

We just left this am, met all our needs. This unit is really big, having the extra full bath was great for our married children. Having a place to take the doggies is a plus for us. The sliding door is a little hard to open and has some rust breakdown, however, it’s the beach. We love the beach there, it has changed some over the years, we understand protecting and enhancing the shoreline, it’s beautiful. The grounds are kept very well. Until next time!

Paradise

The condo was spacious with 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - just a 5 minute walk to the beach. While sitting on the balcony, overlooking the 17th hole, you could see the ocean and hear the waves.......it was great that the host supplied us with beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and wagon. We will definitely be back!

Nice villa but bedroom bed sizes were not acceptable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nicely appointed, good views and clean. The A/C appears to need a good service job because it was not efficient. We did fold up some scatter rugs that needed non slip base under them because they were not safe, I wish the bedrooms had better lighting, drawer space was good but lighting too dark. We have stayed in similar units there and were suprised to have one regualar bed and two twins which was not acceptable to our group. WIth many couples coming two king beds or one king and one queen would be more acceptable. The owner needs to invest in better cooking supplies, it was difficult to even cook breakfast with what was provided. They probably need to also invest in a new washer and dryer, these were quite old and not the cleanest. Good supply of towels in bathrooms. Nice outdoor furniture and the most comfortable living room furniture we have found in any unit. Most importantly, it was clean.

Wonderful!!

We loved our stay here! The condo is very nice and has everything we needed for our 6 week stay. The pool and beach both short walks and it’s great having two pools!

Spectacular View!

My family enjoyed our stay! We came together for family activities, yet the space was roomy enough to allow for privacy when needed. The view was fantastic! We also enjoyed our walks to the gym and pool, which were about a 7-8 minute walk away.

Reviewer Comments: This not my first time to rent a condo at Cinnamon Beach and the experience is always great. The condo layouts are very spacious and always well equipped. Going through Cinnamon Beach Realty is a plus due to quick responses and ease. I will say other units I have rented int he past always came with full beach gear, the note on the contract for this one said it did not so I lugged chairs, cooler, beach wagon, pop up tent, all beach towels etc with me in the car for the trip only to find out it had chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler there for my use and the only things it didn't have was a beach wagon so we ended up bringing a lot of stuff that took up room in the truck that we didn't need so I wish description had been more accurate in that regard. either way it was still a great getaway and certainly didn't spoil anything and the Cinnamon Beach in general is 5 star!

Nice spacious condo. Beautiful view. A bit of a walk to the pool and it closed at 5. Overall a great vacation and we would go back!

Stayed there with three sisters and we each had our own room and bathroom which was really nice. Enjoyed staying out on the lanai in the beautiful view. Could not really swim at the beach because of all the rocks, but it was nice to sit there. The pools were nice to visit.

Disappointing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would have liked to enjoy the ocean view from the balcony but all of the furniture was covered with mold. Would have liked working window coverings on the living room sliding glass door. The curtain provided no privacy from the very nearby condo and was very difficult to slide open/closed. Would have liked at least one baking tray not several muffin pans/spring form pans Furniture inside was comfortable and there were plenty of sheets and towels

Overall a great trip just a few things I would change

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach was beautiful and the community was so nice!! The condo was nice it could definitely use an upgrade on TVs and it would have been great to not have to put all my groceries on the counter because the pantry was locked also all I had for a trash can in the kitchen was a BATHROOM sized can it was tiny!!! Another huge complaint I have is that I was called 3 times while on my vacation to ask if I was leaving the sliding doors open WHICH I NEVER DID so that was extremely annoying while I was trying to enjoy my vacation... Other than those things it was a nice place and a good vacation if I ever decide to go back though it definitely wouldn’t be with kids because there aren’t any fun things to do unless you drive to St. Augustine and the pool at the condo closes at 8:30 that was really early lol!!!!

Wonderful, relaxing week at Cinnamon Beach!

Our family had a great week at Cinnamon Beach! Our condo was just as described with plenty of room and the BEST view! The beach was beautiful and not crowded-there were some rocks in the water that could be hazardous but we moved our set up down the beach a bit and it was great after that! The property is lovely and very well maintained. Communication with the property management company was great and we had a detailed email regarding check in. We found many great restaurants to try and loved sitting out on the balcony talking in the evenings. We all said we would love to come back to Cinnamon Beach again!

Excellent Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very roomy condo with a great view and walking distance to the beach. One very minor maintenance issue was dealt with within a few minutes. We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 kids (7 and 5) and all enjoyed ourselves. Twin beds room was perfect for the kids. St Augustine is about a 30 minute drive to the north. Flagger Beach is about a 10-15 min drive to the south.
