Cuisine et salle de bain récemment rénovées, lits confortables. Excellent emplacement dans un quartier sûr, Jewel (épicerie), Trader Joe's, brasseries artisanales, restaurants, bars, cafés, Wrigley Field à proximité et train de ligne brune au centre-ville (la boucle). Les familles avec enfants sont les bienvenues; nous pouvons prêter un siège d'appoint et pack-n-play sur demande. Les propriétaires vivent à l'étage pour répondre aux besoins des clients. Ne pas fumer ni vapoter sur la propriété. Fêtes, bruit excessif et musique forte interdits - pas de grands groupes.

This was one of the best places we have stayed. Apartment was clean with plenty of room to get comfortable. Lovely back porch to relax on, and the bed was comfortable. Hosrt was available as we had questions. Would definitely stay here again. We don't usually leave reviews, but this property exceeded our expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Parking was free and right out front of the rental. Inside was very clean and spacious. Location was convenient. It’s less than a block from a grocery store and there are several really good dining options within a 5 minute walk. The train is about a 10 minute walk and about a 45 minute train ride to downtown. If you are planning on attending a Cubs game, Wrigley is walkable as well. Definitely recommend it!

I am a huge fan of Chicago. I love the food, the neighborhoods, and the convenience of having everything nearby. I am a committed community member, so much so that I ran for alderman (city council member in Chicago). I've worked in most neighborhoods around the city, and if you are interested in venturing out of the Northside, I’m happy to make some recommendations.

This is a very nice apartment. Because we often host family and friends, we have made every effort to make sure the place is functional, comfortable, and feels like home. We live upstairs, so clearly we love the neighborhood. We are a block from the grocery store, within two blocks from several great restaurants, and just as close to three terrific playgrounds.
