Ce PENTHOUSE possÚde 2 chambres de maßtre avec salle de bain attenante et une troisiÚme chambre avec salle de bain séparée. La maison de 3 lits et 3 salles de bain comprend également un sol en marbre partout, des armoires de style européen haut de gamme, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, y compris un réfrigérateur / congélateur, une plaque de cuisson en verre, un four encastré, un lave-vaisselle et un four micro-ondes. Laveuse et sécheuse attenante pour votre usage. EntiÚrement meublé. Internet, téléphone et télévision par cùble (dans toutes les chambres) inclus. Ce condo offre des commodités de style complexe avec le confort de la maison.

Navette Ă©lectrique complĂ©mentaire pour la plage oĂč il y a un bar et un restaurant. Alternativement, vous pouvez marcher jusqu'Ă  la plage en trois minutes.

The location was perfect however the unit we stayed in was less than perfect the lighting wasn’t ideal, the kitchen faucet was leaking, the dryer was broke, one of the sliding doors was broke, one of the chairs were broke, the pots and pans were disgusting everything had to be cleaned before we used it, there was black mold in the bathroom sinks around the overflow and make sure you ask for hidden fees when booking through a site.

Perfect Spot for our Conference

Had a conference at the Diplomat, hotel was booked and we found this gem, close by and very nice. Host was super communicative and available for anything we needed. Highly recomment.

This is definitely one of the best properties in the building. Everything is included to enjoy your stay and there is a store nearby if you need to grab anything else. The staff was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would recommend and would stay here again!

Birthday weekend getaway

Loved the views! The Master Bedroom could use a King Bed. It had a Queen bed. The host was very pleasant and a great communicator and ensured a sanitary issue upon check in was quickly addressed. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Nice location, close to beach and restaurants. Beautiful views from the balcony. Need to add some more bath towels and kitchen wash towels. Cleaning staff helped out quickly upon arrival to do some cleaning.

Doctor’s Graduation

The check in was easy, the property, spacious and beautiful. Very enjoyable stay. My only complaint was the “Valet” parking. You had to drop and retrieve your vehicle from the third floor. Since this was valet parking, you had to call then wait for your vehicle. This was unnecessarily time consuming. Would rather have parked my vehicle myself. Despite my long paragraph, I really did enjoy my stay and highly recommend this location.

Spectacular views!

We had an amazing time. What a great penthouse condo. The views were absolutely spectacular. The kitchen and great room area were very spacious. The bedrooms were nice size and everyone had their own bathroom. Elevator is right outside the door. Owners were very responsive. Love to stay in this condo again!

Amazing views!

The views from the wrap around balcony are amazing! The photos in the listing are very accurate. It is a very spacious condo with a well-equipped kitchen and amenities. We loved the pool accessibility and the quick walk to the beach. Jerry was very attentive. This was our first time using VRBO, and were so pleased. We'd definitely return to the property in the future!

The property is beautiful and has great views! However, the property is filthy. Jerry was a good host and communicated that they are new to doing this, so giving them that benefit. However, when checking in you also pay 30/day for the hotel amenities that you don’t really benefit from, at all. The shuttle to the beach was convenient until you get there and no one is helpful on telling you what part of the beach belongs to where you stay for umbrellas, chairs etc. The penthouse needs a serious deep clean, paint, etc. The location is very convenient though! I think after some serious paint and cleanings- this is a great spot minus the extra fees.

Incredible Spot

We loved this penthouse. Very modern, and the views from the wrap around balcony can’t be done justice with words, the views are even better in person than in the pictures. Place was spotless clean, comfortable bedding, etc. Within walking distance to a handful of restaurants, Walgreens, and Wal-Mart and maybe a 5 minute drive to Hollywood Beach and all the restaurants and nightlife at the Broadwalk. The beach shuttle is very convenient as well, it runs back and forth every 20 minutes or so. Would definitely stay again!

May 19th Vacation

My family of six stayed at this amazing property a couple of nights before taking a cruise. It was great to have everyone at the same place verses 3 separate hotel rooms. Very clean, spacious, modern penthouse with breathtaking views. Short distance to the beach with chairs and umbrella provided. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely book this unit again. Thanks Jerry

Amazing Views

Overall the location is pretty amazing. There is a grocery store right across the street (nice walk under the bridge). The shuttle for my group wasn't that useful as it drops you off at the beach but there isn't much else there. About a mile or so further down the beach there are a lot of bars and restaurants. The place has everything you could want for utensils and glasses, etc. The area felt pretty secure and we had no issues.

Beat up/black mold/old dirty uncomfortable furniture

This is a NO-GO. Black mold around all A/C vents. Unit is beat-up and dated. Furniture was very uncomfortable and dirty. Looks like past water damage. Very disappointed.

Great property and location

Stayed for a long weekend with a group of 6 to go see a Dolphins football game. Location was fantastic, close to Miami & Fort Lauderdale airports, close to the stadium and other areas, and a short distance to the beach (the resort had transportation to the beach as well). The unit is the main penthouse on the 32nd floor. As stated, the views are amazing. Not right on the beach but a great view of the intercoastal which we enjoyed seeing all the yachts go under the drawbridge throughout the day. Common living area and kitchen is open to the balcony and provides spectacular views all day. Bedrooms were clean and spacious with tv, a bathroom for each bedroom and plenty of storage space. Everything was clean and available including towels and extra blankets. We utilized the pool on the ground level which was heated and provided adequate seating. The service overall at the resort is good with staff more than willing to help and make sure you got what you need. Would definitely recommend this property for a family or a small group. The manager Jerry was in constant communication to make sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.
