Maison récemment rénovée et entièrement rénovée au bord de l'eau offerte à un prix bien inférieur à la valeur marchande. L'emplacement est privilégié. Salon de luxe bien entretenu situé au bord de l'eau sur un canal en eau profonde sur la baie de Caminada. Deux glissades de bateau de 25 pieds avec espace supplémentaire pour cloison pour un autre bateau. La dalle de béton couvre complètement l'empreinte de la maison. Montez dans votre bateau et partez. Du confort pour les dames, convaincre pour les mecs. 3 chambres privées (5 lits queen), 2 salles de bain complètes, grande tanière offrant une vue sur l'ouragan Hole Marina. Balcon privé à côté d'une des chambres. Laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur, télévision par câble. Internet / Wifi, air et chauffage central, micro-ondes, petits appareils électroménagers, linge de maison, réservoir de propane, brûleur, marmite de barbecue, balançoire de table de pique-nique et bien plus encore. Tout le confort de la maison. Zone de nettoyage du poisson couverte située à côté de l'eau. La propriété est située à côté de la marina Hurricane Hole, d'un restaurant et d'un bar. Location!

Clean camp in a perfect location on the island. It was nice to be able to the boat in the water during our stay.

Guest seemed fine until i imposed an additional cleaning fee, then i was emailed that there were issues they overlooked. at the time of this review i still don't know what those issues were. Not making a big deal over anything other than the fact that the outside under camp slab area was littered with food discards, cheese, rice and other food trash, also the outside was littered with water ballon and firecracker trash. In my onion and my past experience with guest that should have been maintained to a higher degree of cleanliness. Additionally they had a good size swimming pool which is against the rules and clearly states that on the rental agreement. Other than that the in side was certainly acceptable.

We literally caught a stringer of trout from under carport. Great place, amazing location. 10/10 want to rent it again next year.seen another review that said we’d have to duck because floor was low, it was not. I’m 6’3 and never came close. Highly recommend to new fishers, they can learn while you BBQ.

Great location but the boat slips do get very shallow in the evening as the tide pulls out. They need to be dug out but still very much enjoyed being right on the water

Thanks so much for your comments and your visit. It's people like you that allow people like me to do what i do. Regarding the water depth in the boat slips, rarely is there ever an issue with water being shallow, during your stay the water in the bay was and had been extremely low for weeks, added to that tidal movement and wind all of which can and do play a role . Anyway, thanks for the feedback and your point is duly noted. Richard

Refreshing Getaway

This property was located on the canal with access to fishing and crabbing. Nice porch area with a swing, bench and picnic area. Location was great! Nice accommodations and host was quick to respond with any answers to questions. Will rent again in the future!

My husband , grandson, and son in law could not walk under camp without hitting their heads. Too low. They had to keep bending down to get to the boat slip. Funny but not fun. Bed mattresses are too old. No one slept good.

All bedroom furniture.....(bed frames, dressers, night stands and mattresses were replaced in 2024), head space issues....no concerns noted from past guest. Hopefully, you and you guest were able to find enjoyment and satisfaction with the unbelievable location on the water, the convenience of the boat slips, other comforts of the home and the property being situated next to the Hurricane Hole (the best eatery, marina and bar all within walking distance. Please understand we take your comment very seriously and will do what can be done to address. Thank you again.

Camp Review

Was a comfortable stay for our group (5 adults). Everything was as advertised. Camp was clean. Clearance underneath the camp is very short, no room to park vehicles or boat. Boat slips were real convenient but on falling tide slips are super shallow. 21’ bay boat did fine. Short boat ride to Bridgeside was a plus. Would recommend a light for the cleaning table.

Great location with water access

This camp is ideal for the fisherman and the beach goer. You can have your boat parked under the camp ready to go or jump in your golf cart and drive right across the hey to the beach. Also, being able to walk right to the hurricane hole bar or convienence store is a nice plus.
