Family Trip at an awesome cabin

This cabin was perfect for our needs. The kids were super happy with all the games and the hot tub was very clean and nice. The space is even larger than expected. Everything was super clean, and we felt very comfortable! The beds were very comfy too!

Love this place!

We enjoyed staying here. There were 9 total, 4 adults and 5 kids. It is so beautiful inside. The adults loved the hot tub! Beds were super comfy and king sized. The kids enjoyed the game room.

Just what we needed

Everything was exactly as advertised. Super clean, super fun. Such a relaxing atmosphere outside on the hot tub deck. And just a short and easy drive to downtown Gburg. Food city grocery store is super close also, that was nice.

Enjoyed our stay. The cabin was spacious and well-equipped. There were a few minor issues that I hope can get fixed. The foosball table had broken players and was assembled incorrectly.

Even better than described!

Moonshine Manor was amazing! We chose it because of the convenience to downtown Gatlinburg and Dollywood, but also couldn't have been happier with the house itself. The layout worked well for our family (parents + two teenagers), and while we didn't bring our doggo this trip, it's good to know we can in the future! 10/10 recommend!

Family getaway

I wish the outlets had outlet covers that were on the floor or low to the ground. It was concerning to have my 10 month old crawling around due to them not being covered. Overall the stay was wonderful and the cabin was beautiful.

Gatlinburg vacation 23. Wet weekend

The cabin was beautiful. Very clean. Ifbi could make some Improvements. It would be to add more towels, dish towels and a Teflon skillet for pancakes. Ice maker is slow. Over all we would definitely still come back. Thank you

Fun getaway!

Beautiful home. The only bummer was the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom wasn't working. We were told about ahead of time. Bathroom shower was huge but it only had one shower head and the the pressure of the water was low. It would have been nice to have a place to hang your towels on when you get in and out of the shower in the bathrooms. The jacuzzi on the deck. They could have put the eye hooks differently to secure the lid, so that you wouldn't hit it every time you got ready to get into the jacuzzi. The pool was really pretty especially at night time. They had a nice fire pit, a grilling area all covered with bathrooms. It was located centrally for the homes in the neighborhood. If we called what in the issues they did respond quickly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful Home- needs better cleaning staff

Three times the Fun is an absolutely beautiful place and was in a great location. My family really enjoyed staying there. My MAJOR issue was the lack of cleaning. I had to call and have housekeeping come back and clean all the toilets (all had urine and who knows what else under the seats) and one of my beds had stains on the comforter and sheets. It made me so uncomfortable. There was also so much dust on the blinds and ceiling fans. We are in the midst of a health crisis with Covid, so one would think that cleaning would be over the top. There was dust bunnies under the beds and in the closets. I have horrible allergies, and my aunt who was with me has asthma so this was a major problem. Eden Crest, please hire better more detail oriented cleaning staff. Again, beautiful home in a beautiful community. I would like to stay at one of the properties again, but the cleaning must be MUCH better.

Our stay

My children an I loved our family stay at the cabins.i would stay again just at another cabin. It was very clean and organized.i fell in love with the bathroom I had in my room. The only thing I didn't like was a rat ran right across the kitchen floor while I was cooking and the day I used the jacuzzi tub it leaked into the room below mine but there was only water on the floor from me getting out of the tub nothing more. Once customer service was notified they assured me it would be fixed asap. Other than that it was a great pleasure, wish we could have stayed a couple more days and I also wish that the checkin was earlier cause I feel like we missed alot of time out the day that you pay for and had to checkout to early

Decent stay but over priced

First off, don’t be fooled by the $$ daily rate!! They added over $200 night in fees & we didn’t even opt for the cleaning services for our 5 night stay! Fees included owner fees, cleaning fee, reservation fee, damage waiver, service fee (not including the VRBO charges). I have never had that with any other VRBO booking. New construction is nice but not a high quality build. Guest bedroom window does not shut. Doors don’t stay open or stay closed due to not being level. There is no fire escape route for lower level or fire escape ladder to throw out the window. Construction is happening directly across the street and road is usually partially blocked by trucks and construction traffic. Construction noise is limited to 8-4 though. WiFi is weak. The kitchen pans stick horribly so maybe bring you own pots/pans if you plan to cook a lot like we did. The grill scraper is not in the set of grill utensils provided. Mouse droppings were found in the master bedroom although we did not see or hear any mice/rats. We also had lots of food and none of it was disturbed or torn into so maybe they solved the mouse problem. We did see the Orkin man 2 doors down during our stay. Other things to bring with you: tissues & hangers if you plan to hang your clothes. There were only 4 in the entire house. Location was convenient & right by the 8 mile arts & crafts loop outside of Gatlinburg. Location was convenient to get to Gatlinburg with a short drive. This is definitely not a secluded cabin if that’s what you were going for. It’s in a complex with many other cabins. This cabin is its own unit & not attached to any other cabins though. Kids loved the pool table, arcade games, & hot tub.

RENTERS BEWARE

Renters be advised. The nightly rental cost advertised is just part of what you will be charged. For a 5 night stay, we had an extra $1,000 added in fees. The property for the most part is nice inside, but it had rodents living in the walls and would eat anything that was left out at night. We also had to deal with construction noise next door. Was not a peaceful retreat for us. Management should have informed us about the construction prior to us renting. The site pictures are not good representations of room sizes. No refunds within 60 day window. Do your due diligence.

We are extremely saddened to hear that you did not enjoy your cabin choice. These reviews are extremely important as they help us to learn where we excel, but also where we can improve. Our desire above all is to act with integrity in all that we do. Your characterization of the cabin and property management is very unfair. We provide photographs of each cabin or chalet to assist guests in getting a snapshot of what they will be enjoying during their holiday. The cabin listing does show in a red banner that it is a new unit. We were not aware that you did not know that there was construction in the resort. Due to the high demand in our area, there is always some construction as we continue to grow and welcome more visitors each year. Being in the Smoky Mountains it is not uncommon for critters to make their way into homes especially during the winter months. We have routine pest control for all our homes. As for extra fees anytime you book through a third party there are fees for using that service. Our guest relations team did try to offer compensation for any inconvenience but I see that you chose to decline that offer. When any unforeseen issues or maintenance concerns arise we will always move quickly to address them as soon as possible. We are sorry that you did not fully enjoy your last trip to the Smoky Mountains. We will continue to strive to provide all of our guests with a great vacation experience and know that given the chance your next visit can be one that you truly enjoy.
