The house definitely met our needs for our stay, we were visiting with our family for the holidays. My grandkids liked the bunk beds and the close proximity to the playground at the community center behind the house. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Relaxed Visit

Jeff was very attentive to our needs and was very quick to react to a small inconvenience. Everything was great for a relaxing stay and located in an extremely convenient, comfortable neighborhood. We will certainly be looking him up again for our next trip to Littleton.

Very nice stay.

Enjoyed our stay prior to heading up into the mountains for the week in Littleton. The property was well furnished and a nice back yard for our dog to get some exercise.

Quiet, convenient location

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, close to many places we were visiting and other amenities. The host was easy to reach with questions and communicated anything we needed to know during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay at this property again!

Short stay

Friends and I stayed there to attend a concert at Red Rocks. It was an easy drive to the venue and historic downtown Littleton. The house was clean and the beds were comfy.

Very nice!

We were very pleased with our overall experience. The location was great for visiting my family. It would have been nice for the heat to have been on when we arrived as the temperature was in the 30s, but I would have no problem recommending to other travelers and/or staying here again.

The property was clean (sheets and towels) and the host was pleasant. However, the property in the photos when I booked was not what we got and I feel were misleading. The property needs a lot of TLC!! When we arrived the house was 77 degrees inside so there are issues with the central heating/air (maybe needs some Freon?). To compensate, the house had 2 portable air conditioning units with hoses going out the window (I question how secure that was): one in the living room and one in the bedroom which blocked the area around the bed in the master. Luckily there were fans for each bedroom but one had a broke blade and not usable. The curtain rod in the living room was loose, drooping in the middle and a window was cracked. The table in the kitchen had a leg loose (my husband fixed that) and one of the chair backs was broke so we couldn’t use it. The yard also needed some TLC but the covered parking was a plus! This would be a great place if it was maintained better.
