Grafton Getaway - Ferme sur 2 hectares boisés à seulement 1/2 mile de la rue Main

Grafton Getaway est une ferme rénovée en 2019 avec une longue allée qui traverse un ruisseau alimenté par une source et serpente sur la colline jusqu'à cette maison isolée entourée d'arbres. Les clients entendent souvent l'eau qui coule du ruisseau de la balançoire du porche avant. Cette maison de 1500 pieds carrés comprend une cuisine complÚte avec café / thé / chocolat chaud gratuit. Le patio a un foyer au gaz et l'arriÚre-cour a un foyer traditionnel avec du bois de chauffage gratuit. Deux hamacs et six vélos sont disponibles pour les clients. Surveillez les papillons et les colibris qui sont attirés vers la propriété par ses nombreux arbres Mimosa. Smart TV 55 pouces et lecteur DVD pour les jours de pluie. Jamais de frais de nettoyage. Fais comme chez toi! Je suis un Superhost Airbnb mais nouveau sur VRBO.

The property was amazing. My girlfriends and I had an absolute blast!Brandon is extremely communicative which was greatly appreciated. Loved the fact that the kitchen was well stocked with necessities; there were individually wrapped toothbrushes "just in case" which I thought was very thoughtful!We are definitely looking forward to staying at one of his other properties in the future!

If you want to get off the grid, but still have plenty of family fun at your fingertips, while at the same time being close to all the attractions of Grafton, this is your spot. There’s little or no cell connectivity at the property, but the free WiFi worked flawlessly. The host was also always readily available if we had any questions. We will very definitely be working with this host again.

Family get away!

Enjoy sitting outside on patio with family. Plenty of seating for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked. Definitely would come back and stay again.

Amazing Property! Our 2nd visit!

This was my 2nd time staying here and it won't be the last! Amazing Property and very clean! Lots to do outside and a short way to downtown Grafton. We enjoyed celebrating a friend's retirement.

Togetherness

We needed a place for the family to be all together for a graduation. Staying in hotels, you do not get to be together. This is a fantastic house with lots to do outside. Even though we booked last minute, the owner made sure it was ready to go for us. We will be coming back and staying again to explore the town...with just us adults and no teens. :)

Peaceful Retreat

Getting away to the Grafton Getaway was really good for our souls. The host, Brandon, communicates well and they have thought of everything you can think of to make your stay comfortable including free toothbrushes, coffee pods, and sound machines in every bedroom! The front porch with the swing and babbling brook below is a little slice of heaven even though we had quite a lot of rain during our stay. Had dinner and drinks out at Grafton Pub, 3rd Chute, and the Oyster Bar which are all within a mile of the cabin. We will most definitely be back when we want to experience Grafton and the peacefulness this property affords. I can see why guests have rated this place 5 stars. If I could give it more, I would!

Grafton Getaway Eagle Trip

My husband and I had an amazing stay in your beautiful cabin. The cabin gave you a feeling of being right at home. We went to town to the Grafton Pub for dinner, then hit the Martini Bar. Afterwards came back and enjoyed playing Foosball and listening to the great collection of music. The bed was really comfortable and thanks for the abundance of extra blankets provided. In the morning, my husband prepared a wonderful breakfast. We then headed out for some eagle watching. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property! We would definitely recommend your cabin to friends and family.

Not long enough!

We had a super quick stay and cannot wait to come back. The cabin is amazing—so much to do inside and out. It was clean and comfy, great layout. The communications for renting were super smooth. We can’t wait to come back and spend more time to fully enjoy the space—especially what the outdoor adventures hold!

Grafton has always been a favorite place of mine and as a General Contractor for a living when I discovered the vacant, run down property with no updates, a hole in the roof, a sinking front porch, etc. I decided to buy it and create a rustic, secluded getaway for my family, friends, and guests. I am a proud member of the Grafton Chamber of Commerce.

During my first visit to the property I heard the sound of the creek flowing from the front porch swing and it put me in a happy place, and I hope it does for you also.
