Îlot avec des sièges ou choisissez entre une table de petit-déjeuner ou la table à manger surdimensionnée pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. My husband and I booked this place for a quick getaway. The place was great! Clean, great location, nice neighborhood, comfy beds. And amazing water pressure in the master shower. Would 100% book again. No complaints!

An Excellent Getaway Spot

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with all of the amenities you would expect. The host was great and very responsive when we decided to extend our stay for a few more days. We enjoyed the backyard pool and oasis daily.

The property was very spacious & laid out well with plenty of space to sleep and fun hames to play. The kitchen items could have been a little cleaner and the non-pool parts of the yard a little better maintained, overall a good experience.

Gorgeous Fun Zen Retreat

The photos do not do this house justice. It is a gorgeous peaceful yet fun retreat and play space! We had a teenager, three middle aged people, and a couple seniors came by for dinner, and the house was perfect for every single one of us and every part of the day. Run don't walk to this rental!

Nice prompt, beautiful-safe feeling gated community

House was beautiful, as was yard and pool. Only less strong point was needed a deep cleaning. Also took forever to get hot water to kitchen and showers. Felt like we were wasting water. All in all we had a great time with our family.

Home away from home - Our amazing Xmas experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at your property during the Christmas holidays. The house was so beautiful in a very quiet and exclusive neighborhood. We really appreciated your team taking the time to stock the house and provide literarily everything that we needed to have to be comfortable, from coffee to cooking oil...We were really amaze at the level of detail that you guys thought through to ensure that we lacked nothing. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness....it was really home away from home. I am anxiously looking forward to my next trip in a few months when I come back to visit my family again....hoping it will be available then....."

Beautiful and Quiet

My siblings gathered in Arizona to celebrate our Dad’s 90th birthday. We had a great time at this beautiful property. Very quiet. The backyard is beautiful both day and night. In the evening the trees are threaded with fairy lights which adds to the relaxation vibe. What fun we had gathering around the dining room table reminiscing. Ate most our meals in. Restaurants and stores very handy. The host left cookies, flowers, and a celebratory welcome sign - very nice touch. You will enjoy this property.

Very Nice House

Bottom line is that this is a very nice house, and we had a wonderful almost seven week stay there. The house and gated community is especially dog friendly, and Andrea is a nice host. I’ll note below my rationale for a four star rating, but if you think these are unnecessary nitpicks, please consider the house five stars. First off, given the premium pricing of the house, I held it to a high standard. If there were only a couple minor issues, the rating would have been a five, but there were several minor (and easily fixable) things that accumulated and, taken as a whole, detracted from the house. Some of the issues were mechanical (the light over the stove did not function and a bedroom electrical outlet/switch for that outlet was not working) and others cosmetic (wires coming out of a couple walls, an uncovered electrical box in the kitchen ceiling, exposed screws on walls and unpatched holes in walls). The house was generally very well-equipped, but there was only salt, seasoned pepper and spray coconut oil provided. We bought and left behind (inexpensive) measuring cups and spoons. The main television in the family had premium movie channels, but was not a smart tv, and I was glad I brought a Roku.

Thank you very much for your kind words. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. In regards to the light above stove, thank you for alerting us and it was replaced. In regards to the living room we were in the process of upgrading our surround sound when VRBO customer service reached out to ask if we could do an emergency last minute booking for you, since you had been placed in a hotel do you issues with your previous booking. There were two patched/covered spots behind furniture and two 3 inch wires near the ceiling that were inactive awaiting installation which we gladly rescheduled and took care of after you checked out. We try to schedule workers (Covid) so you wouldn’t be bothered during your stay. Due to Covid and the heightened numbers during your check-in date we had been taking the extra precautions to leave unopened seasonings, kitchen supplies and toiletries to help protect our guests. As of today and now the Covid restrictions have been lifted we gladly leave out previously opened condiments, seasonings etc for guests to use. Both TV’s are listed here on VRBO as having premium channels, HBO/Showtime/NFL ticket. Thank you for your recommendation we can leave a Roku and update the listing to Smart TV. I would have loved to give you more than 4 stars for following house rules but you broke the first which was attempting to come to the home before your check in time. We worked hard to accommodate your emergency timeframe and your uneasiness from the issues from your previous booking. So glad you enjoyed your Winter in AZ, Safe Travels.

Beautiful home in great neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The home has a very spacious, open feel to it. It is well appointed, with very comfortable furniture and an awesome outdoor entertainment area with the covered back patio and a nice layout with the pool. Home was impeccably clean, and the owner is very responsive and helpful with any questions about the home and surrounding neighborhood, restaurants, etc. The gated neighborhood is awesome, especially for kids, with a huge park right by the house with a large play structure. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing Arizone getaway!
